If you look at the background of the new Capita team they all have a background in AI and New technology. It would be difficult to find a team with more experience in this technology.

Thats why the BOD are investing in share purchases, they know they are on a winner!

Do the research ignore the noise.

I am ex Capita (Retired)

I spent years trying to push modernisation within Capita.

I am an out and out techie, didn't always agree with the previous management. However They were and are a decent company. Changes were long overdue. I have worked 50 years in IT and in virtually every IT company in UK. Mostly working on large IT projects and Gov. Don't want to give too much information away due to ND.

Anything I discuss is always part of the public domain. I rate AH and his team very highly.

Been through this change process several times.

AI is probably the biggest. Rate of change is also getting faster!

The future is bright for Capita.

I have invested in Capita and will remain so for some time!

The biggest problem we have are the scammers and mouth pieces! Ignore them!

Before you invest do your own research! Be wise to the real picture!

If anything it reinforces that AI has to be done right otherwise no savings!

This will reinforce the value of Capita as they are selling a service backed up with SLA’s. No risk no potential losses, Just savings.

Many companies will dip their toes into the water with a service before any AI expansion.

Thats a win-win situation!

Most of Capita’s contact centre already use automation so dependant about the duration of the contract may not justify any capital spend on AI deployment. What is generally happening is back ground discussions on what is possible against the cost.

PCSE is one example of this.

Most of Capita experience customers already have eco systems (Remedy for example) and may not be ready to deploy AI

What needs to be understood that those customers who do not upgrade will end up paying more in the long term.

We are at the transition point!

Agree it is a smart move. I don’t think Barclays have been doing a good job. I would not be surprised if in the next year they are replaced with another broker!

Just look at the share ownership. It is not going to happen until a proper offer is made.

Hence all the nonsense to shake out the small investor!

We are now in the dead Zone until September.

Have heard on the grapevine business is still coming in for example another 2 year extension for Capita in NI around £20m too small for RNS.

Lots of customers preparing for AI. I would expect to see more tenders this year and next year as contracts come up for renewal. Changes are coming with increased NI, headcount reductions are on the way. There is a better way!

But it shows the only basket case here is Lilly!

She will be heading out to holiday in her private yatch! 🤣

Great Summary, that was my opinion as well. Thats the reason why there is further staff changes to come as the business regenerates.

This is a longer strategy.

I did say he cant really comment , but he will have his boots on. Someone deserves a talking to! This was sabotage and manipulation.

Seems like the LSE is a place for people like that just look at the discussion group, enough said.

Contracts are awarded according to Tenders.

Capita also tenders for Framework agreements where services are offered according to fixed pricing.

What is really important for public service is the SLA’s this is associated with the pricing. Public service is specialised and are not the same as standardised enterprise modelling and pricing. It will eventually move in that direction but not entirely.

The difference is between a product and a service ( Some products are services but sold as fixed items)

Its complex.

Thats what Capita is good at Complex services!

All business is welcome. Each contract that Capita wins is one which their competitors don’t! As long as you won the ones that you need to! There is no doubt that the company is laser focussed on relevant bids only!

Companies pick up on patterns and do business with the relevant partner you have to have the correct skill sets to be invited to bid!

Capita is very good on tender response!

Capita is a very different company. Staff reductions still taking place ,some of the older management need to change as well but there is a plan in place.

AH is a man with a plan!

He owns almost 1% of the company!

The MM’s want your shares guess why!

Absolutely right this is a complete company rebuild. It is a mammoth task, plus a financial nightmare! Balancing the books, retraining staff, selling the new solutions, building the templates and solutions for tomorrow. Plus the fact they are up against the thieving MMs manipulating the share price.

However do your own research!

There are a number of parties who use tactics to push their way into contracts when they get their pricing wrong!
