I remember that UK agreed some business with India as part of the trade deal. Could Capita be on the verge of a BPO deal with Capita delivered through India. If so that could save tge UK a fortune. Could this be part of the UK budget in November.

I checked this on IR and the sum quoted is £20m pa which is 50% of the £40m. I recognise the sum of £20m. From past conversations they were looking to use AI to reduce the costs of £20m . Not sure what the SLAS should be but for instance if they are 95% then savings can be made from reductions of 98%.

There are a lot of questions that need answers!

I have usually kept quiet on my share expectations because I never wanted to give too much away. In the meantime the traders and shorters have destroyed the value in Capita. The UK stock market is dead. Consider Capita ‘s value if it goes international and moves to US markets!

I think the staff were better off under Capita than Zurich. Redundancies and automation under way. Good opportunities for both companies. Further reductions in Capita head count. With the other changes coming we are starting to speed up.

Spot on, I have worked on Automation for over 25 years.

AI is based on Data mining and an advanced decision making process. No magic there at all. With multiple applications using predesigned APi, applications and hardware can talk to each other. Previously that was controlled by the agent.

Some agents were good others well we have all been there!

With the increase in Ni this is the cure.

If you read my article it is much shorter than yours.

Its the second half that mentions Capita.

You have not changed your archive but if you compare the article that I have supplied it is much shorter. This is what has been causing the problem.

Doctors records are not available on my care service (GDPR) issues. However they are available to the local surgeries.

If local surgeries are being updated then any old devices won’t have access to the new system. System disks should be encrypted so if any disks went missing then the data is secure.

This is complex and it is the reason it may take a while for Helen to respond. It is not unusual for Capita and BT to work together on large projects.

Its not my intention to cause problems, I am only trying to clarify the current situation.
