An investigation has been launched into a potential data breach at several GP surgeries in Northern Ireland after a theft at a practice in Co Antrim. Personal details such as the names, addresses and phone numbers of patients at the practices are understood to have been at the centre of the data breach, which the Department of Health has said relates to “missing disks”. The PSNI have confirmed they have launched an investigation into a theft at a practice which took place on June 20.

Read the report it does not mention Capita!

Surgeries on the old way kept their own records. Nothing to do with Capita. They have now been digitised but are not connected to the mycare application.

Now I could contact Conor and show him the forged site. He would not take kindly to that.

Can you imagine an investigating journalist taking up the challenge. Im not to sure Aim would be happy either!

So much lies about Capita at the moment trying to force the share price down. There must be something about to break. I guess its the shorters trying to get out. I am getting pretty fed up with their behaviour!

So Many things in this report does not add up. So a breakin at a single practice is running a service for other surgeries. These disks are unencrypted and in JBOD format. It just doesn’t add up. (JBOD just a bunch of disks i.e. not raid or encrypted)

BT manages the data centre for the My Chart service!

So we have a local practice (no name) not using the HCS system. But they are blaming Capita. Surely they mean BT

Most Doctors practices do not keep their records on the HSC My Chart application. This is used mainly by Hospitals. Patient access to the MY Chart system is via the MY Chart APP.

Nothing to do with Capita. (BT). However security in doctors practices is generally poor!

Remember the PSNI had a data breech not to long ago! (BT)

Lots of people have complained about your behaviour and postings! The LSE has a legal obligation to manage this board! However it is not commonly know that Ofcom also has responsibility as it is classed as a public broadcast. Complaints to Ofcom can pressurise LSE to take action. So everyone now knows who and where to complain about your behaviour!

Some serious questions here, as a Trustee of her son’s trust should she have made the decision to extract funds from his trust fund that directly benefits her. Its a question of ethics. Secondly her ex husband is part of the arrangement did he pay the correct stamp duty on his second home. So many questions. Cant see any other option as this will be one big distraction, she definitely needs to step down. The other question is did she pay for advice, and was that person or persons qualified to do so!

Also is she still using her old house as the location for her base as an MP if so is she paying her son rent to do so. Is that rent being claimed as expenses?

These staff are waiting on redundancy as they are on 02 original contracts! Thats why AH is doing this slice by slice reducing cashflow and reducing staff bit by bit. Thats why the staff won’t leave!

The unions will argue it is them who are fighting for workers rights! Yeah right looking after themselves more like!

As the unions shrink so will Labour finance. At the next election there will be a lot of unemployed Labour MP’s .

Its the wooden dollar issue(Keep revenue and staff in country). Also some contracts don’t allow offshoring.

Out sourcing is more complex than what you think. In a complex company such as Capita such changes can have a knock on effects on other contracts. (Swing agents)

Thats why AH is different. Automation reduces the complexity of operations it also improves resiliency and temporary surges in capacity!

We must be due an update in October!

The O2 now VM O2 contact centre was always a difficult entity to Manage due to the unions. Thats why they out sourced to Capita. They are always going on strike for one thing or another. The sooner the whole operation moves to SA the better. The staff know the end game is in sight thats why changes happen the way they do. The staff have been weaponised by the unions. For years they were the only staff in Capita that got pay rises. Karma is coming!

Its all down to the original O2 contract of employment!

deployment of ai requires a redesign of the business at a time when a lot of other change are lhappening! a-lot of capita staff have lost their jobs at a time when the company is under close scrutiney! then you have the shorters, the conmen, and the ******s who want to buy your shares as cheap as possible. the lse is now the wild wild west run by cow-boys.
