Interesting to also read some quarters now pushing for E15 to reduce cost of petrol. Eqtec is so undervalued at a sub £100 valuation for where we are going. Its a tough one as you need to use crystal ball on crystalising forward guidance and they have been delayed by Covid but there shere magnitude of the pipeline and serious strategic partners mushrooming across the road is a good indicator. No one really knows when but even when we were 3p the narrative of the company was looking a lot more forward. The pullback was market connected but as soon as Eqtec proves itself it stands out from the pack will be massively rewarded in this very bearish market. Of course pullbacks are likely but fundamentals are improving massively and a few financial closures will do wonders on top of this. We are dealing with £1bn company in the making but time will tell. small volumes will make this stock jump as we are seeing as the drop down was on low volumes. 1.5p is staff options so that will be next target.

I have never really bought the "two to tango" analogy. Firstly Calibre have had many meetings with Condor so they are interested and have a duty to their own shareholders to maximise revenue and under utilisation of resources is not great for shareholders when this win-win deal is on the table. This i think is all about the price. Condor is in no position to drive a hard bargain and they should take a deal where the wider benefits for the company are considered. Of course we are not going to give it away but Calibre needs to see that this is a good deal for them and Condor needs to see its a good deal as well, only the main value to Condor is in the market cap rise and minimising dilution and with revenue coming in minimising funding to probably 50% of what we need otherwise. These are big factors but have no direct impact for Calibre who know they are not going to be able to make a serious offer for Condor until it is well over £1 or £1.50. How can we have the previous CFO from Calibre as our CFO and not make this happen? Did he leave on such bad terms as you could argue that Calibre would really have fought against this and it was almost that he was planted in Condor to simply smooth the way to a takeover in x years. i am now starting to wonder what is going on as on paper this deal makes sense. Is JM blocking and trying to keep the share price down so he can buy as many cheap shares in the placing as possible. maybe the deal will come to fruition but MC said he had meetings in a webinar before Christmas on details and we are now nearly 3 months in from those discussions.

All sounds positive to get Senor Ortega on board and MC says we own 100% of the land so probably about time he releases an RNS to the same. Lets also hope Calibre and Condor have come to some agreement to take advantage of $2000 gold while he has been out there and get something operational asap. Lets hope that BFS is worth its weight in gold as it has taken 18 months time and lot of cash. MC said BFS release is 2-3 weeks so now is the time for those sitting on the fence to invest as MC should be aiming for an additional RNS before that as surely his aim must be to get the shareprice back to the 50s as the volumes are so low recently.

Who is MWI? what i hope is that this whole miserable process, that should never have happened, will at least underline that CNEL is a proper business and while the directors have run the company as their own little fiefdom for a long time the auditors, at least, cannot find wrongdoing so they might change their ways. The BIG discount for CNEL has been this i suspicion so if it is tidied up then we might see a positive return especially with dividends and forward guidance on plans. In all honestly they should have not spent millions on moving to HKex and simply used the cash to buy back all the shares and taken CNEL private. Then they can award contracts to mates and do whatever they like as it is their business. until that day they need to do proper processes to select marketing and PR companies etc. Looks like we are now waiting on 2021 finals as well so a lot of reports must be getting lined up so we can get back to trading in April or May.

There are a number of industries that are reliant on commercial gas shutting up for a period of time as the market is not able or willing to pay the new prices. While Eqtec is not a short-term option their modular and affordable design does mean that some industries who are looking at energy security will seriously look at Eqtec, especially where they also have a off take material that could be used as the input feed. i think there will be a growing demand for off-grid not just on basis of being beneficial to the environment but now simply one of keeping the lights on. interesting times and the sales team at Eqtec must be fielding all types of calls as gas is up 20X and electricity 6x . on the flipside Eqtec will now eb able to forward sell energy contracts 4x what they could last year. Surely that makes every project massively more profitable as the rubbish we are taking we are actually paid for :) Not really sure the market is taking into account just how much the current situation is going to benefit Eqtec.

Looks like we are finally limbering up and we are not going to put the gloves on. Key is to get over .8 director placing and then Mind the gap if the next few RNSs confirm the timetable is on track. This will probably quietly climb until the next news maybe over next few weeks but everything looking a bit tidier in ethiopia and MOM focusing on the work in hand.

This could be limbering up. Posters have said that Mestiza was pencilled in for Calibre toll milling and 25m spacing was needed to make sure we have the grade so we are not moving rubble up the road and should our feed get mixed with local Calibre ore then we can work out our share. Roads were also put in early. Otherwise it is hard to wonder why we are so progressed on Mestiza when mine is a good 12 months+ away. Could be news before BFS in shock and awe style. Lets hope there is reason behind this expense apart from telling us almost what we already knew. it does mean we are fully ready to do a deal.

£180k Overhang looks to have cleared from yesterday so hopefully a step in the right direction upwards. Just need the right news on the Harry timetable and Kefi will head northwards and probably back to a 1.5p-2p holding positon before real financial close news as expected last year butwe need to see proof and not hyperbole from Harry. Looking a lot better.

Its off the scale in potential and while we have had a shake down to .7 i have taken the opportunity to add more. If the pipeline of serious leads is over 100 deals and given all the seismic global energy changes and companies looking at energy security and 10-20x increase in gas prices surely Eqtec demand is almost unlimited for the size of Eqtec as companies will shut down production. I am hearing pulp and fertilizer closing already as buyers simply cannot afford prices so making inflation worse. Both industries with a Eqtec biomass plugged in could create own syngas with Eqtec. we have growing pains but that shere demand will force the issue and Eqtec will catchup. Still we need those deals to sign and get some projects live so we can enjoy the revenues ongoing and get our mojo back that has had a fair trampling. we will sail past 1.5 as soon as some of the pent up deals start to drop in RNS releases this year and then some. Eqtec is one of those tech stories that in a few years looking in the mirror will have been so obvious. 100s of projects is just the tip of the iceberg.

Forgive if wrong but one issue of HL is you cant buy and sell blocks of shares can you? Also i think it is all over the phone? I opened a IBKR account so i can freely buy and sell this stock online and low cost but it does depend on what your plans are and plans on holding or even building a stake. Not sure ease of doing anything while stock is suspended though.

Yes as i have seen before we often get the big sell order once order is filled. Looking at size it could have been in background for weeks. Fingera crossed the overhang has passed but we will see. Preference is really that you dont award shares to brokers or contractors who then need to sell in open market as this is the result. Should be a good month of news updates.

Gold at $2052. something has got to give sooner or later!

Pretty positive we have a hangover from the last placement. Seen it before where we do a placement and we just sit at the same price for a period of time while shares are sold into the market. We do not know exactly who got placement shares and their needs or even if any shares ended up with underwriter or Broker who often take shares instead of payment. all i know is we are planted until such time that Harry starts delivering the news, that could come at any point. In this case the seller would have their order filled and we will be off to the races but market is being very unkind to companies talking jam tomorrow and focusing on those offering jam today. If Harry cab get his act together and deliver some jam we will all get our suger rush.

Well gold now at $2020 so no better time to be in gold stocks but Condor is considerably lacking the market, presumably today we are not producing but imagine what would happen to the share price if in 3 months through a toll we would be. Its probably worth £40m to market cap and almost certainly removes most dilution for funding as we would have cash coming in the door. We have the ex CFO of Calibre as our CFO so its hard to imagine a better road to achieve this. Fingers crossed and then some Condor will sort something out as $2020 gold is a lot better than the value of gold in the ground at maybe $20 so plenty of value creation possibilities.

I hope you are right Electriclion. I have never seen almost 3 months with no news. If i was Calibre you are thinking ahead to a need for more gold assets and in a game of poker Calibre knows they have a good hand to play but MC has his cards also. I do wonder if the toll is being tied in with a potential investment based on the BFS needs. Would give Calibre a foot in the door as Rio Tinto did not create a deal with Calibre offering them a 10% finders fee on projects they could invest in, or that is how i saw it. There must be a lot of companies globally starting to take energy security seriously, not least because global gas wholesale prices are 10X only 12 months ago. For some companies that means them shutting and for many more it will be ballooning inflationary pressure on prices as energy can be a key part of costs. Just look at sky rising wood and pulp prices and other materials that are heavily reliant on natural gas in the supply chain. An Eqtec plant, if the company can provide the feedstock could, be repaid very quickly when companies are facing down these massive increases in global energy prices and if they achieve will provide a competitive advantage. Companies who have had the foresight to increase solar and gassification could be the last man standing in many industries if the energy prices continue at the curent trajectory. Again the big issue for Eqtec is not demand it is resources and supply side constraints but they have a perfect small modular sized gassification solution for so many industries ready to sell and so many industries have plenty of offtake material. If Eqtec could just sort the resource side of this there is simply a vertical trajectory for the company. Certainly big energy companies will all be looking at Eqtec as they are forced into a fire sale of Russian assets and will need to double down on renewable and clean energy. I will continue to buy at .7 where i can.

I agree in current climate MC should option secondhand kit now or look for some sanctioned Russian kit floating around. Delays are only going to get worse i suspect.
However we are tickling $2000 an ounce gold. Thats almost $200 more than a few months ago when Condor was organising a toll deal. Surely someone can knock heads together and even egos cant turn their backs of millions of cash for little effort. Could be all inked awaiting some land news but if it is MC should be out in Nic leading the charge. BFS is due out before end March so a toll deal would clear the way and shoot us up back past 50p and then some.
