While we have so many projects bubbling along we do also need an orderly number to reach financial close. If DP can ensure we do achieve one or two a quarter we will be in good order. What we do not want is 13 projects all getting clogged up and just not closing burning cash and limited inflows. We have some cashflow coming in but DP is eager to grow , and we have a vast sales pipeline to work from, but equally he has to be just as keen to close financially to put the projects into development and to bring cashflow into the business to keep pace with DPs ambitions or, as we have seen, he needs to arrange borrowing or investment of some sort to balance the imbalance. Lets achieve some financial closes and we will are be heading in the right direction.

I think there are £millions still to chomp through on the overhang from the last placing as you can pickup as much stock as you like around .8. When it is finally gone we might move up but could take many weeks or even months as we dropped below .8 right after placing so most contractors will be waiting for .8 before exiting. we need yo get back to a position where shares are held by investors and not contractors and Harry closes TK as a lot of what he has said today is not dissimilar to 12 months ago. All very encouraging and others have covered the points but binding agreements and signing ceremonies are what we want hear about.

Looks like they are going to spin this out for the full 18 months of suspension at this rate and its just not acceptable. The 2020 final results should have been released a long time ago. Its the interims and 2021 results i want to see and for the board to issue a dividend to long suffering shareholders. We have now got dates in place so as long as the full 2020 are published by 21st April they will be on track and just hope the board have not continued shoveling cash to all their mates and start this whole process again. as dissapointing as the board are i hope that by hook or by crook someone gets this all over the line as they are goading the HKex and looks to me they acting like some petulant child that is simply just making things worse. the Hkex expects full transparency and shareholders have been given no news at all. Really staggering. Their only silver lining is continued strong profits.

The placing was at .8 so i think a lot of shares entered the hands of contractors who are selling for working capital. Therefore we are likely to stay at .8 for sometime or until something fundamental happens that will lead to high buy volumes. From experience of placements with Kefi that essentially allows contractors to receive shares in lieu of payment it is then up to the contractor if they speculate and hold the shares or sell. Generally because they have staff to pay and they do not speculate they probably tend to sell overtime to meet working capital needs and why we stick around the placing price until the overhang goes. I might be wrong but the way to hug certain numbers for weeks and sometimes months tells you something.

If he said before 31st March he is leaving it tight. I would have expected it monday or tuesday to build some momentum. Hopefully the £160k today was a sign of sorts but its must have had a buyer or seller as that amount of stock would sink or launch the share into orbit under normal liquidity. lets hope tomorrow brings news to speed this project up and make it feel like there is an end in sight.

Its been going to Harrys plan for last 5 years but not necessarily for shareholders. Hopefully we will see real progress but the shareholders are a little jaded i suspect this stock will only move when we have binding agreements as there has been so many “financial closes” the last 18 months i lost track. i think there is a placement holder still selling into the market at .8 that was the placing place recently. Hopefully we chip away at it and move ahead. Hopefully update in April on hitting timetable.

“Libertad is a large 2.2Mt/y state-of-the-art mill, and totally functional, running at approximately 60% capacity of the mill, so we have about 1Mt/y of excess capacity in 2022 and beyond that could lead to lower cost organic growth.”

They do not expect permits until at least Q1 2023 and thats optimistic probably so there is maybe 18 months runway of toll potential, and sadly has been for last 12 months at least.

Someone explain why Calibre and Condor cant agree a 1m tonne toll for 12-24 months? Yes we might still get it and might have been inked awaiting news but much more valuable to have happened 6 months ago and if it does not happen Condor should hang their heads along with Calibre for not acting in best interests of shareholders as we have $1900 ounze gold compared to our current token value in the ground of sub $25 an ounze. Lets hope monday brings some news as 4 months of no news and only some small titbit recently is quite disappointing, especially if other news is not happening. I would be very happy to offer an apology but for any creation of value pre financing Condor are leaving it late in the day. there should have been at least 2 value creating RNS (land and toll) leading to BFS but so far fallen well short. i also hope finance is far more progressed awaiting the BFS as much is already known and BFS just gives the gold seal.

Could be the start of a bit more confidence as we get further confirmation in RNS things are on track for TK.

well lets hope MC releases BFS asap as why wait until the 31st March? Shame there has been little additional news leading up to it but its possible a toll is all tied into some agreement as speed is now of the essence to realise the project and not take a minute longer that needed to get into production.

Noticed quite a few chunky shares being sold today. Maybe 10m shares that looks connected to one individual who clearly needed to sell as it was around a penny. Looks that a steady stream of buyers coming in and probably a nice entry at 1.05p. We should be due news before end of month as quite a lot was being discussed as being readied for Q1. lets see.

you can almost always get fixed price quotes closer to mid market price depending on size of trade but today actual spread is 1.08 - 1.13 so more manageable based on actual prices today.

Certainly feels we will get back to 40/50p quite soon. Slightly better volumes today but still very very small and shares held tightly by most. Time for a pre BFS RNS to lubricate the wheels.

Shame its draft? Dont we also need half year 21 and fy 21 now also. only hope is we made good profits both years and now bod are not able to pay out to mates we might actually have a good amount of cash. Yes i suspect June is more likely sadly at the slow rate this is all moving at. Then we will have half year for 22 by then!

Certainly feels that the minor delays on progress over last 9 months and general market malaise looks to be behind us. If anything the next 3-6 months to reset the trajectory and the market will respond and price Eqtec fairly and perhaps separate out from PHE, simec, Velocys and other cleantech companies that have all largely been tarnished with the same brush. Because we have no many projects moving forwards, at least 13, and an sales funnel over £1bn much of this will land sooner or later. The delays will start to come to fruition and i suspect we will see plenty more afternoon pushes as we have seen recently where some investors sell in the morning to be replaced by new investors. looking very encouraging.

I do wonder sometimes maybe prior to expense of BFS why JM and a few buddies did not agree to a gold stream loan to Condor for maybe $100m and crack on. MC could have agreed a very favourable price for sale of gold at $1700 ounze or less so JM can fill his boots in gold that is great hedge for inflation. Today our gold is valued at $25 an ounce in the ground so massive upside for all parties to come together. i know it is not how things are done but Mc was someone who does work outside the box a little and in todays market NHWs must be looking for homes and good returns on their capital. Anyway we live and learn but BFS should really come out this week and not leave until next week. shame so far no othet RNS has come yet but if anything is going to happen prior to BFS it should be this week.

Shares are held tightly. Any news next week could push Eqtec considerably higher. Everything is aligning business wise and i think the share price needs go keep up now. Could be a steady rise similar to the steady fall we saw the last 12 months.

Shares are tightly held and small buys quickly moves the stock upwards. We just need some solid news and this will pop a lot higher. Would be nice to see director buys although if something is brewing of course they cant trade. Really hopeful next week will bring some momentum as it seems we are in the backwater at the moment treading in water but i suspect more trades today to get in before imminent news.

We are certainly at a point where the investment to date is more than the current market cap. I really hope next week will bring some news as it feels quite a limp lead up to the BFS and MC has had 18 months while the BFS was being completed to get the toll and other ways to bring forward revenue and move the dial on creating a bigger following. Ultimately MC could suffer the same fate as other pis if he cant create value and gets diluted and will mean any chance of meeting his golden £1 or £1.50 share price target will be very far away. Not closing the toll or something else will cost MC many many millions. Could all change in next 2 weeks.

Only a few weeks to go or sooner and all to be revealed in the BFS. Borrowing is small and repayable in 12 months from first pour so that opens a lot of lending options as 10% interest attracts a lot more types. Maybe Calibre are being hardball and tying toll deal and at the same time taking a big stake in Condor to fund the mine as that would be smart move. Then buy Condor outright in 2 years having bagged 25% on the cheap.
