Shareprice is nibbling to move higher and Deeside and other projects would really get us back towards 1p where we should be if Amati and other institutions did not have to firesale shares for whatever reason. I would say with Italian MDC live and Deeside deal completed we would quickly progress to that milestone. We will see how the bigger projects fair as 2 biggies are due an update before christmas.

MC golden share deal only kicks in at £1 and then the biggest pay off is at £1.50 so i agree MC and JM must surely be hoping for a proper realisation of the assets. I wonder if La India could be sold off separately and sell Mestiza and Americas to Calibre as thats a no brainer at the right price. I am just being realistic that 50p is surely a landing for starters. If share pru e rises to 30-40p in next few weeks a tabled offer of 50-60p will be entertained and maybe then we move to higher bids as gold is going to be key for financial stability for many countries facing high inflation.

I think a likely starting price today in current climate will be 50p but i am sure JM and MC would be looking for more. If we get back to 30p and move up steadily over coming weeks we might get somewhere. We know Calibre or/and Rio must be in the mix so its more a case of finding if FM and all the Chinese brigade will make offers. Could be a busy few weeks and months but a long long way to go as we are barely even worth 1/9th of our NPV and thats conservative giving the 10m ounze district we are sitting on.

Well Shanta had plenty of offers and MC would not put the sale up if it had not had some enquiries. This simply opens the field and make it public. One thing that is for sure the share price is going to rise as the NPV is far higher than today. Its a shame the RNS did not make clear we had expressions of interest but i cant see that MC and JM would go down this route over coming plans without some interest. Rio is the biggest likelihood and so many other majors should be interested as gold mines of this nature are few and far between. I agree 50p in the current climate is probably not far off but if you get 2-3 interested parties with mountains of cash then you never know where this might go and quite quickly. Certainly seems a blue day today as investors will pile in looking for an easy double bag over coming month or so. i hope in the meantime MC does have the finance ready to go.

Great news. italia MDC is weeks away from going live with increased options to show different feedstocks and creating some cashflow for Eqtec. This is key as when projects go live we move to receiving some cashflow in service and maintenance and high levels of profit. Will also free up time to close the other projects.

heading back up with a second wind. hats off to anyone who can day trade Kefi as frankly the margin is wide and chances of perfectly selling at the top and bottom would make you someone who should sitting in an ivory tower controlling the world.I am a hold until we get dividends of .8p per annum that theoretically according to the projections is only 4-5 years away. That would mean any investor today could collect the same every year for at least 10 years. so if you need £10k a year for 10 years investing 10k today might achieve that as well as a likely 5-10x return on the capital if all goes to plan. This is just based on TK. Hawiah if it gets spun out and listed on Saudi exchange separately is a whole different ballpark. We have the news we need to proceed to financial close of the syndicate and we should steadily rise towards the end of December so the more churn we push through the better as it will build solid foundations.

We are very close to the 30th November. A Deeside sign off would take Eqtec strongly forward and give us a considerable back wind. we have already seen the management successfully navigate many tricky management situations over the last 6 months from the onset of the global financing tide going out from Northfork through to conservation of cash by changing structures of some projects. This has meant more management time can be spend on closing Deeside and Southport as well as many others that i am far more hopeful of as before i cannot imagine how they could spin so many plates. The focus from the last webinar was around cashflow as we have plenty of assets but running low on cash so they need a little time to release capital and i would hope a loan could be provided as the share price is still n silly season. Could be the key turning point for the whole company as the last 3 months have been very successful to steady the ship so the captain can concentrate on the bigger projects that need getting OTL.

Just about to break 1p. This will be an important psychological barrier and we should then move on towards 1.5p with a few breaks in the way as we hit some resistance. Likely to start to move quite quickly when people cotton on to TK being almost all externally funded and we will convert $80m+ of sweat equity into our 70% stake in the project. We are still sub £40m so still crazy price just for 1 mine. However we have 3 in total. Hawiah in Saudia Arabia is multiple times larger than TK and we are due a PFS very shortly to confirm that. All projects hang on TK as this will provide cashflow and assets that we can borrow against in the future. Massive upside and while we easily worth 2.5p i am very happy to see the share price slowly climb so we build up strongly resistance.

We are at least 2.5p short of the shareprice once cash is in the bank. I would recommend enjoying the opportunity to ride Kefi upwards and beyond 3p as everything is in place and on target for financial closure in December as originally in the timeline. Some possibly great news but of course with CNEL there is a possible double edged sword. The AGM will vote on the option to complete a buyback of up 10% of the shares. for me it is far too low and should be 20% but i have been banging on about this to Ivy and others as today we are worth £7m and 90% below the IPO price. Therefore to buy back 10% of the shares and cancel is peanuts for the company. We have accumulated profit in the company that could today but the company several times over. So as long as they do this this they will boost EPS once we get back into profit and is a no brainer on every level.

The double edged sword is that they appear to be also talking about a rights issue for up to 20% of the company. My concern about this is that the directors are crooks, lets be honest, and a suspicious person might think they do a rights issue first to friends and family at these ridiculous low levels to increase their ownership of the business and then afterwards do a share buy back to boost their own share profits having trousered more shares for nothing. If they do a buy back of 10% this will be great but with this board you can probably be sure in what order they will do this. Happy to be proved wrong.

All we can learn from SHG is they believe they are grossly undervalued as is most of the gold sector, as is most sectors in the stock market as the tide has gone out. What we know is that over the next 8 years we will be generating £100ms of cash to return to shareholders and have not even scratched surface of gold we have in our license. If a bidder was even serious they would need go come up to NPV to even get listened to. sHG were smart to let companies bid to remind market how undervalued they are and now shareprice is come up a bit they booted the offers into the rough. Condor should do the same as MC needs to get the shareprice up and what a shame Biden upset the momentum as we were 30p heading onwards to 40p. We could sell off Mestiza or Americas to Calibre so they can ship the ore if they do not want a toll. Any way to raise equity without dilution would be a huge bonus but we now have to secure finance before christmas as time elapsing is our greatest threat. With things as calm as they will ever be MC needs to strike some finance deals. Who knows what will happen next year as almost every year there is a curveball.

Well no news is hopefully good news and whats a few days or weeks more when you have waited a few years! So far we have had no delay news so that is promising as in the past on expected day of news that was his approach. so far that has not been the case so things are in motion and would be nice to think this weekend they are tidying up everything up and hopefully news next week but these things take time at the sharp end and they should all tread carefully to make this happen. gla and hopefully next week. on the plus side anyone some cash down the back of the sofa might be worth their while. on top of TK we have a slew of other expected news on Hawiah and JQ but as long as TK comes first the news on Hawiah will really land well as i suspect some cash from TKGM will come loose in the scrum for Kefi.

we have broken a big batch of shares being offloaded at .8 as last few days you could buy millions but no longer. My suspicion is that a placing holder has sold out at .8 and it looks to be a lot tighter on shares going forward. We are due a leg up now to .9.

Its 3.45pm in Ethiopia so if they were or did sign off today and enjoyed some much deserved local liquor then we are probably talking about tomorrow or if the hangover is bad sometime this week. Key is we keep moving and for me it will be a huge and structurally important piece of news as it underpins everything.

MC factored in last cash raise to give us the runway to financial close so unless something is amiss we should be good until the eoy. I suspect FM are happy to wait as they are in this at 50p so they will be just as keen to sort finance before payment as their 50p raise is looking quite costly. We should be into the last 5 weeks before financial close. Gla

The bank sign off is key. It confirms our $80m of sweat equity will be converted and provide the level of due diligence that will mean the project commences. Given we are not even £33m we will be technically trading at less than 30% of even out net assets. Massive upside for TK and does not even scratch the sides of Hawiah and JQ thats another £100m+ in value that is unlocked once TK is secured. For me the bank finance confirms the syndicate investment later in the year and will be significant milestone for the company. Certainly we have multiple play on todays price towards the end of the year and minimum 2.5p imho towards eoy. Lets see how this plays out.

Gold could well surge over coming few months and pis can buy into Kefi below the last placing price of .8 but only just. Only 5 days to go and while the share price has lost a bit of steam due to Eastern Wollega issues this is well over 120 kms away and is singular in nature. The read on this is the TPLF have extracted benefits from the peace deal and maybe the OLA feel left out so making some noise to ensure they get invited to the table as well. We will see but i suspect the OLA are not looking to now pick a fight with the whole of the Ethiopian army who could be deployed to the east now to ensure stability. I do not think this will have any impact on bank finance or delay as this is more important for the country to come together and provide thousands of jobs for locals. The OLA ultimately answer to the people and the key to peace is jobs and prosperity and TK will be part of that support for the area.

maybe all the central banks around the world are finally getting to the same conclusion that printing an ever increasing amount of cash to pay off an ever increasing government debt mountain simply leads to higher inflation and higher debt payments and so on. Maybe some central banks might start to buy up gold and hoard for a rainy day on the basis that gold should hold its value and be very useful in the future should currencies need propping up or debts need to be paid down. Gold is well overdue a correction northwards as central banks should start to accumulate gold a lot more than is the case today.
