You could almost install these modular systems all around the country providing hydrogen fuels to cars and homes. We are now into the 2 week countdown to financial close on the funding. Its a massive deal as it locks in our $80m of sweat equity into the finance and opens the door to this project actually happening. As stated Harry said twice no placing prior to close so really its just a case of pis mopping up the overhang before moving forward. Very exciting times on so many fronts with Hawiah and JQ now also in the race so newsflow should start to come in thick and fast. i sense this final quarter will be a very exciting time to be in Kefi as long as peace prevails.

Also remember the years before Cnel moved they lamented that AIM investors did not value their business and HK would turn the corner. How wrong were they. Cnel has never been this low and the hkex is completely bombed at a all time low. A bad workman always blames his tools and the duo i hope will finally understand that its their incompetetence over the last decade to not do basic reporting to investors that has caused most of this issue. one thing that bothers me slightly is that MetalNRG directors let lawyers spend £630k of MetalNRG cash on this defence to recover approximately £500k of investment. While the case was won collecting such an amount is quite risky as appears to be the case that could have sunk MetalNRG as if they lost the cost of legal costs is greater than what they could have claimed. Will the rest of the money be forthcoming as today we are still in loss on this deal as the legal costs are still higher and only when we collect the legal costs do we actually recover our original investment as the legal costs will be already a sunk cost. obviously the rule wherever possible is to avoid litigation if you can as the only winners are lawyers. I really hope the Eqtec partnership is their focus going forward as the rest of the projects look to be distractions and quite speculative and the concern is cash to keep salaries and projects ongoing. Quite a tightrope but really hope the Italian project is soon live as this should create a opportunity for MetalNRG to refinance. Is there any information on new projects as these were discussed but cannot see anything further?

Seems MC confirms not expecting sanctions to have any impact. Hopefully onward and back up but key is cracking on and getting to production asap and deliver and share value creation events in the meantime.

Been watching proceedings and have small stake but my only question is Britnrg have minimal net assets. They own what looks to be a asset on a big mortgage so do not appear to have cash. If they have paid the second £250k then they we will get £500k. The next question will be if this might tip Britnrg into liquidation as their accounts do not look promising. Obviously to pay 250k shows commitment and if confirmed the second payment of £250k even better. the key will be their partnership with Eqtec and to make sure MetalNRG can sustain momentum. what are peoples views on that the Italian project happening if no further payments from Britnrf materialise?

Steady stream of decent buys 2m/3m yesterday and today so far. Dial has not moved so we are still chipping away at the overhang that i believe are shares that service providers accepted instead of cash and selling for working capital. Hopefully we are close.

Seems to have low opinion of AIM but if he looks around the world miners are bombed. Finance looks to be on track for mid November and Saudi assets i sense are being looked at to be spun out of Kefi. Always hard to say it will happen given last few years but it looks that this time it will and transform the company. If they were smart they announce spinning out Saudi assets for listing in saudi and massively boost the shareprice. If we do get this news not only will we see that $80m of sweat equity convert but Saudi will quickly have a true value as Kefi will be able to deliver and not dilute anymore. Not long to wait!

I am pretty sure US banks were never even considered or needed. In last webinar MC talked of regional development banks and private money. Given just how much we are doing for local community that direction was clearly the forward and private money from JM and chums will get this otl. In some ways Biden has provided us a benefit as it makes clear going forward to stay clear of the US. The US work on basis that if a country is not doing what the US wants they roll out the counter insurgencies and sanctions and in this case Nicaragua are not allowing US companies to dominate their economy. With billionaire JM onboard we have very little concerns about financing and gold is surely going to be the one commodity that will become ever important as inflation takes hold and paper money continues its decline. Its just targeted sanctions against individuals who the US believe directly provide direct funding to Ortega. We have had sanctions around for years chipping away and they are unlikely to affect international companies where most of the investment, revenue generation does not touch the US.

i think you are probably right but for me all hangs on the next interims as they have reported on their website that they have completed a substantial project and many more in the pipeline. Oddly they must have known this 3 months ago when talked about a grim future. however the news seems to be quite robust so i am not sure what is right and i am confused. If the news release is correct then we should bounce back financially and one of the key concerns i had with CNEL is where they get paid in arrears so that should mean a substantial billing period if we just completed a 100k tonne project. This in scale is up their with biggest projects they have done so that makes me equally baffled how in their recent reports they did not even mention this project. Lets hope they get a decent PR agency onboard that is legit and properly start developing shareholder updates. Today being valued at £8m is pretty ridiculous when we made that in net profit last year.
