If these are seriously undervalued why haven't the directors topped up.? I think this is a double or quits stock but I wouldn't be comfortable holding 10000. Good luck anyway.

this stock must have hit 80p in a time of collective madness. Probably will bump along around these levels for a while but with a decent dividend, the downside should be limited. Climatic, agricultural and political risks should cap the upside. I understand your 'weak buy' opinion but personally I need a 'strong buy' opinion to commit funds to any share. They should maintain the buyback programme

You're right. You won't find a better value, derisked small cap oilie on the market. Just be patient.

I was hoping for a short term correction to around 25p, especially in view of some of the negative comments coming out. That was purely from the point of being able to load up cheaply. Longer term it still looks promising.

I don't get swayed by short term factors if the fundamentals are sound. Unless there are hidden 'nasties' this looks a winner6 months down the line. Also like companies with big overseas earnings as the pound is set to continue its long term fall.

I've had over 40 years of investing in the market but still not perfected it. Most important thing to remember is that you can pick a stock that looks really cheap but if the market is poor or nobody is interested it wont rise. On paper this looks a bargain but it's strictly Ladbrokes money. The product is good with an international market. If it survives you should make a good profit.

I love commodity stocks. This is on huge discount to NAV (c450p) and Malaysian palm oil plantations are getting more and more scarce. Another one to sit on. I agree with you on FJET and Lonrho especially as it is due to pay a divi this year. Cheers

My best performers in 2012 were dividend paying shares but like you I favour overseas earners. CMB due to report at end of Jan. I avoided NOP (fortunately) but hold TRAP which is well worth a look. On the watch list now arre Lonrho and Asian Plantations. ATB

I know directors holdings are substantial here but who can resist a bargain (if it is) I think predictions of £3+ are ludicrous as long term stale holders would be rushing for the exits long before it got anywhere near there. Still you can't knock a divi and a very low p/e so there's certainly value there. Are you in??? Noticed your posts on Trifast which I also like. Aren't we both Sussex residents? ATB

Certainly looks worth a punt at anything under 30p but this stock has had lead boots for a long time. Wouldn't the directors pile in if they thought it was such a bargain?

Some companies offer the option of taking your dividend in new shares instead of cash. Good way to top up your holding without incurring buying expenses.

Looks like you got yourself a bargain there. On paper these look very cheap but if you trawl there are dozens of undervalued shares about. This is on my short list aas a speculative punt. Nice small cap so any recovery should boost the sp quickly.

Another share of mutual interest. Needs to tighten the spread but these cash rich companies are certainly appealing
