Wouldn't it be nice if the diectors cut their remuneration by 80% and paid a dividend (.5p??) so that ALL shareholders shared the benefit? They hold plenty of shares themselves so it wouldn't be so hard on them. They certainly don't get their hands dirty on the rigs.

I have prefs aswell. Take my divi in shares and got mine on 31st December. Applied to convert a chunk to the ords but haven't heard conversion allocation. Have you?

And put us on a yield of 10%. That might make people take notice......

Don't think the market is so bothered about big directors salaries as long as they deliver results for all shareholders. This lot love to shuffle the cards but I suspect payback will come in 2014. revenues are flowing from Athena and the IGas shares are worth over £4mill. The company is undervalued on these two assets alone. The other interests are icing on the cake

Nothing worse than directors filling their boots while the sp is crashing. At least some directors have big holdings in the company and they are probably deep in the red unless they were able to pick up early holdings at a big discount to the market price. I'm still optimistic that Trap will deliver eventually

Difficult to see why this is so cheap but recent disappointments have damaged sentiment. However even with reduced output from Athena, it should be generatingmore than the m/c over a year. Also factor in the £4mill+ value of the IGas stake and residual value of prospects (particularly Romeo) and this will surely deliver over time.

As you know last years accounts came out at the last possible moment and the AGM was held at a time to discourage shareholders from attending. If Leopard Rock was in a different country it would sell easily for a good price. I suspect there would be few buyers willing to npay an acceptable price for the hotel at the moment and if they did the money would go towards developing Millchem.

I agree with you. Their communication with shareholders is very poor. I struggled to get a response to emails and phone calls. I was interested in making a visit to leopard rock and with their poor occupancy rates they should be encouraging potential customers. I don't expect results this side of Christmas. like you I'm nearly back to break even but there's definitely potential there. An asset play!

totally agree with you. Trap is too small to interest Big Oil but could be an excellent add on for a medium sized operator. They could put the company into play with an opening bid of 20p and see what happens. I suspect they would end up paying more.

the IC report last week was too modest. OK payback on Athena will take longer than first thought but potentially Trap will end up with c2mill barrels and positive cash flow for 3 to 4 years (assuming no more glitches) By then there is a good chance one of the other prospects will be producing .

I tpped up at 10.1p a few weeks ago. Was tempted by Ithaca with share of Athena but missed the boat. this company is seriously undervalued but I feel it will come good soon.

Maybe the temporary shut-in on P4 at Athena has affected sentiment. As it produces under 400 boepd this doesn't impact massively on Trap. We remain yet another undervalued oil company.

Lots of positives. Cash of $2.665m, getting rid of Lonrho managing hotel and (hopefully) moving into profit this year. Millchem and Payserv have lots of potential

can top up at a lower price than the directors paid I'm happy. This is substantially undervalued and at some point the directors need to buy in shares for cancellation if the market doesn't recognize the value. With ongoing projects in the pipeline ( pardon the pun ) this wont happen any time soon.

certainly a tasty morsel for a mid cap oil. They just couldn't go wrong. Follow the director's lead and load up then be patient.

Africa is the continent with the most promise at themoment. AGTA looks a good bet at anywhere near 2.5p Cambria should be looking to expand into other african countries. It's certainly got the right products for growrth

Refer to shareholder breakdown in annual accounts. They can't take out major parts of the company without shareholder approval. Anyway directors have a reasonable shareholding themselves . Don't worry about it. If the market holds up this should provide a decent return in time
