A few months ago Parker tweeted excitedly “into the lab”!
Can anyone recall what went into the lab and when results are expected?

This sadly seems to be going the same way as so many other “dog” shares I have wasted money in not least Tethys, Tower Resources, Rockhopper and OPG .. all hot tips in the past now pretty much worthless!

I would love it just love it if we could just creep above £2 before close. The gradual drift down to £1.70 was getting boring. At least at £2.00 Im looking at a 4 fold gain on my remaining 2/3 holding and that doesn’t then feel so bad. Although I think imminently a 4 fold gain will seem pretty trivial (if you can say that!).

Had a look through the offer document and noticed the Navitas deal requires U.K. government approval which RKH say could take months! Of God .. No .. you would have thought with the energy crisis the U.K. Govt would get a shift on with this opportunity!
So I would say this share price is going nowhere for a few months unless the OM decision is finalised!

I don’t think some of the price targets here are impossible at all! Last year we hit £4.50 so a market cap of 300 million. £10 is not a massive leap from there. Sierra will be TO for over 1.5 billion ( including a SAR product). SAR at 1.5 billion would be £20+ per share and it could be argued that SAR’s product pipeline is more exciting than Sierra’s. So certainly not total pie in the sky! No one knows for sure but I certainly don’t want to be out of this when news drops!

Warthog .. !! Think we’ll avoid the Grand Prix weekend even if SAR comes good! The Grill at the Hotel de Paris in MC currently do a set lunch for 70 euros so, as we like to say, it is possible to taste a champagne lifestyle on ginger beer money!

Thanks Utah! Sure the kids would love it! We used to camp in South of France as kids all 9 of us (Dad Mum and 7 kids) in one tent, 9 lilos, 9 sleeping bags in a row and as soon as the sun was up we were up and onto the beach! Now as an “Oldie” the plan is for a grand wine tour starting in Rioja, up to Bordeaux, across to Languedoc, over to Barolo, across to Alsace , Burgundy and on to Reims for a glass of Champagne and a final pit stop in Dover for a pint of beer!! No kids on that one!! We tried to do it 2 years ago but Covid ruined it so we recreated the trip in our back garden!!

Agree Utah and Kool the beaches aren’t great but the area has a great vibe. Bit like Brighton not much of a beach but a great place to be. Partying at one of the beach bars/clubs on Pampelonne Beach by St Tropez is fantastic if that’s your thing or dining at the Chèvre d’Or in Eze or the The Grill at Monte Carlo with amazing views and food for something more leisurely! All very hedonistic I know but hopefully affordable more regularly if SAR succeed! Any recommendations for places you love Utah?

Thoth .. it is a wonderful stretch of coast from Cannes through Antibes, Nice, Villefranche, Eze, Monte Carlo then on to San Remo across the border in Italy. Hope you can get there one day! Some fabulous views and amazing restaurants many on or near the beach/sea! Can’t quite get my head round the fact that yesterday evening we were enjoying smoked salmon, steak tartare and Sancerre on the beach in Juan les Pins and tonight we are back home in West Sussex. It’s to be able to enjoy more evenings like yesterday that we are in shares like SAR (along with a few other high risk/return investments!).

Crikey PCS you’ve been in for longer than me! I jumped on board in Jan/Feb 2011!

£20 a share would get my vote! Would prefer a giant leap to £20 via a TO though to take any uncertainty and risk out of it. Then I can spend a bit more time in South of France!!

Sorry SiennaJ have been flying back from Nice .. great part of France .. truly rotten airport! No I don’t have a stop loss plan at all. I sold enough shares on the spike in August last year to cover all my original cost and give me a good profit so I am only interested in the upside potential here now based on the products SAR are working on. I have no intention of selling any more shares until the share price hits various targets I have on the way up to £14 or even higher. If the price continues to drift down then so be it I’m looking forward to SAR achieving its ambitions

I must admit my strategy is based on when I will sell but only in an upward direction. I have no stop losses for a falling price just trigger points to sell on the up!!

Frankly charts are irrelevant for a share like this. It will be totally news driven. No news as now it drifts down .. breakthrough news it goes through the roof.

I’ve held shares here for over 12 years and I wasn’t asked to participate in the offer! Would have been nice to have been given the opportunity!!

I sold around a third of my SAR share last year because in the past I had been too greedy and hung on to shares for too long. At 7p last year I had made a big profit on my original cost of 1p so I sold a chunk but have held on to a much bigger chunk for further gains (hopefully).

I wonder if any of the negative posters here have a skin in the game? If not I’m not sure why they are wasting their time here. I’m happy to disclose I have been invested here for over 12 years and sold around a third of my holding last year at old price 7p; that gave me a nice profit plus a free ride from then on the balance. I will sell a few more again at £3.50 new price and a few more at £5.00 but will still have around half my original purchases at that point.

Thanks Lazarus. I’m cool about the potential time scale. I took a view a few months ago that rocky times lay ahead in world markets so cashed out enough of my shares to get me through to the end of 2025. I’d prefer things to be closed out on SAR sooner rather than later because I look at it as fun money. I’m 67 now and not getting any younger and I know the Aston I have always hankered after is getting potentially more difficult to get in and out of!

If SAR’s products 737 and 1801/1802 achieve success in treating the conditions they are targeting (and it’s a big if) then £2 billion would be a walk in the park. That’s why most of us here .. for the potential of the big pay day. Short term fluctuations really don’t matter against the big picture. It’s all about at what stage Tim and co decide to cash in
