What has changed in a negative way over the last few months with regard to what SAR are doing?

I am not aware of anything so I don’t understand why there seems to be a more negative vibe hanging over the company on here; it doesn’t seem justified. We have got back some control over 737, secured more patents and are over 2 months into human trials on a lead product. So nothing bad has happened to the underlying story at SAR indeed the story is stronger than ever. Weird!

Sounds great Hartlepool .. for our sins we are sweating in fair Verona celebrating our anniversary watching Italian opera singers tragically wailing away for 3 hours before jumping off a parapet in despair! Happy days!

But always keeping a close eye on our 4 babies PRD, RKH, SAR and GGP!!

Crikey where do they find the time to put together a 188 page Prospectus? Is such a massive document really necessary or is it just another example of the red tape strangling business?

However no doubt they are moving at speed!

I think there is more to be positive about here than for a long time. The Navitas involvement is good (look how their shares are doing), OM will eventually produce something for us, the world is waking up to the fact that stopping oil is completely bonkers .. yes I’m feeling chipper for a good 2026 and very happy to wait. I’ve suffered so much stick and mickey taking from friends in the oil industry over the last 12 years that I would love to return the compliment!

Would just like this to get to £1.62 a share the magic £1 billion company. I’d be happy with that and I don’t think it’s impossible.

Definitely a “he” Warthog! I did try to self identify as a “she” earlier this year as we were greeted by 2 policemen who wanted to check all male passengers’ passports as we got off a plane (no idea why!) but I was told to p**s off by the policemen and get my passport out .. fair enough .. !!

Seems strange that in spite of further patents being granted and 1801 now well into human trials and money in the Bank for another 18 months that all this progress still sees the price exactly where it was in April 2021! What price progress?

Tmhs .. so do you have a better practical solution than not building near the sea? Given that 7 billion people on this planet are NOT going to stop using fossil fuels any time soon it really doesn’t matter what the other 1 billion do. Even if the 97% of scientists are right, which I don’t believe they are, their solutions will do very little except devastate the economies of the developed world.

Always a little sceptical of experts .. I remember the 350 University Economic “experts” rubbishing Thatcher’s economic policies .. how wrong were they?!

BTY not a Trump fan .. indeed cannot think of a single politician who really stands out .. I think we are all suffering from a terrible dearth of inspirational leadership.

The law of the “vital few” certainly applies to climate change science. 97% of “scientists” have been peddling scare stories for 20 years now based on fiddled models and cooking the books. Thank goodness the 3% who are able to stand back and look at things in perspective are gaining some traction.

My view is yes the planet is warming, yes sea level is rising but only very gradually. The graphs used are deliberately produced in a way to make the things look far more extreme than they are; for example by using anomalies comparing temperatures to a long term average they hugely distort the way graphs look. If you plot actual average temperatures and actual sea level rises over 140 years you get a very gentle and shallow rise on the graphs.

Not convinced even this gentle rise is all down to increased human activity either. I certainly don’t buy into the cataclysmic scenarios some predict.

My solution which I have been trying to promote for 10 years is an immediate and compete moratorium on any building within 3 metres of sea level. Over a period of 100 years a completely updated stock of buildings would exist at a safe level. Not just in U.K. every where.

Looks like we have encountered TIT1, TIT2, TIT3 and maybe others already before we have even started drilling ..

I do not blame you. Having been shaken to the core by the loss of my young sister earlier this week you start to realise how transient life is and no one needs to suffer unnecessary abuse especially when all they are trying to do is help others.

The information you have provided on here has been invaluable to all the serious long term investors here and I thank you.

I would have thought that if there had been any negative feedback on the clinical testing to date then this raise would have been impossible ; so initial signs must be good!

If SAR’s research and products come good we will have a company worth a billion (£14 a share) raising money along the way is a necessary part of the journey. Stop fussing!

Fortunately one of my sister’s friends had arrived the day before so the kids are at least with someone they know and her eldest daughter has now managed to get a flight out arriving tomorrow. Incredibly complicated!!

Scientists have developed a pill that appears in pre-clinical research to “annihilate” all solid cancer tumours and leave healthy cells unaffected.

Researchers at City of Hope, one of the US’ largest cancer research and treatment organisations, published a study on Tuesday detailing early test results of “cancer-killing pill” AOH1996.

For the “lucky” guys who were “in” on the placement and could buy at 11p and then sell the same day at around 12.5p that must have been one of the easiest pay days ever! That said I’m still happy I got in at an avg of 8p and will hold considerably longer than yesterday’s fickle crowd who didn’t last a day and hopefully we LTHs will make considerably more!!
