Quick question, has anyone had an email response from the company this week on any subject?

I would like an update as to the current production situation, i.e. are staff back at work and the plant operational. That would remove any doubt and the occasional thread with the assumption that production is currently zero.

If it is zero, then it serves to maintain the status quo for some. If production has resumed in some capacity, then onwards and upwards.

Although I want a fair deal for all sides we do not need to wait for a full resolution to the problem with paragraphs of detail of profit share/ownerships at this time, the important thing to know is that production is back online.

No difference to a T20 really, you are betting that between the time you borrow and the time you pay back the share price has appreciated more that you are paying in interest.

Personally I have used balance/money transfers to fund BMN purchases in the past and it has worked out well so far. In many cases the fee you pay is cheaper than a standard loan and a lot less hassle to get the cash. Once the money is on the card it is then easy to "roll over" to another deal at the end or worst case sell some shares to cover it - although there are of course at least minimum payments to make each month.

Of course this should not be considered to be financial advice, it is just some personal experience.

Hilarious. Even if half the workforce were fired (which is incredibly unlikely) there is an abundance of labour available at present particularly as other facilities have been laying off workers.

Expert10201 the market is currently in structural deficit. It has been industry commented that there is next to no inventory, traders are quoting based on holding no product and availability is very low. Demand is high. Hence the massive increases in V prices.

It is therefore safe to say (at this time) that the market will absorb any capacity increases we (or any other producers without exclusive offtake contracts) will achieve.

If sales are an issue at any time (and they certainly don't appear to be now given the shipping logs) all we would have to do is price slightly lower and the sales will be made swiftly. One of the primary benefits of being lowest cost is that should the need arise, we would be able to undercut almost anyone.

Yes I don't believe the company said August but it was theorised here as a timescale for the independent consultant to complete the review, so looking forward to hearing more about their findings should it have been completed as anticipated. Perhaps some more info about the potential spin off too?

Indeed, that BFS was expected in August.

Based on previous quarterly updates we could be just a few weeks away from a Q3 for both Lemur and BE.

Really hoping for that BE business plan either in the Q3 update or H1 results, should be transformational to see it all laid out.

Great find. I have only skimmed it so far but note that mention was made of local unemployment, poverty wages and constrained ability of the authorities to provide local services.

Clearly a new facility with new employment opportunities both in construction and ongoing manufacturing can therefore only be a good thing.

I also note that refining into Vanadium Pentoxide (v2o5) will be performed at Vametco before shipping.

Question, if they are warrants then are these sell "creations" liable to a maximum timescale of 20 days, like a T20?

So the shares would have to be created by then to balance the book?

If so how many days to go? I remember Nick saying he expected a warrants notification soon, I think that was about two weeks ago?

Whether they are some way apart or not the key question for us is whether they are back at work in the interim. Of course we want to see a fair deal on all sides but we would certainly prefer it if that deal is being settled with them working rather than striking. Besides if what was said yesterday is true then if they were still striking this morning management were under instructions to fire them?

This is really the problem with relying on social media for information, it could be correct, it could be rubbish, it could be somewhere in the middle. Most likely the story is very one sided and somewhat embellished.

From the company side, I am disappointed that BMN did not release an update today, although if the update is "everything is awesome" then of course that would have a lot more effect at 7am tomorrow.

cc I suspect that is dependent on how many investors have cash waiting just for the RNS.

Personally if I had cash now to invest in BMN I wouldn't be waiting for the confirmation the strike is over I would be buying now, but that's just me and not investment advice.

We received the last update a week after the strike started. Tomorrow will be another week so I trust the company will at least issue a further announcement detailing progress.

Not sure if I am more concerned by the thread or by the number of recommendations it got.

If the original contributors have no objections then I believe it can be easily be removed by several people reporting the original post.
