By July 2020 that had increased to 6,416,008,200 when there was a 100:1 consolidation.

That newly converted issue of 64m then almost trebled to 173m by the end of 2022 and has been stable at that level ever since.

"The Isles of Scilly Steamship Group and Piriou will commence detailed design work with the intention of signing contracts in October 2023 for the new Scillonian IV passenger ship and a new cargo vessel to replace the current Gry Maritha."

According to the proposal , one of the conditions is they would have to seek approval from shareholders and lenders. And would want exclusivity until until the end of March next year in which to do their due dilliance. Gives them time to get some funds in from the SeaRose, at least.

Did I read in the SSC's accounts that they had near to £10m in cash. And the offer is for 4 and a half mil.
