Lots of technologies and ideas vying to get adopted. Some, as stated, "won't work" or "aren't practical" or will suffer from issues of scaling up supply. Consequently some good ideas may either be lost to being just a side note in the history of decarbonisation or used, but in smaller, niche markets. So maybe a case of who's in your corner backing your idea.

Having the biggest shipping company in the world supporting you in this race has to count for something.

Going to be interesting, for some, as to when it next departs. It last left from Methil on the 17th of November with a barge in tow. This would give a clear indication as how quickly they are now managing to complete a barge. Are they still trying to complete with Belfast?

As per the original RNS of 9 Nov 2022, "The transaction would entail the refinancing of the Group's existing debt with Riverstone"

So assume that was for the origial £70m so would have to be updated for a change in amount and to match current VWAP.

Saw mention of Singapore last week and lots of talk about Shell and noticed that today they shortlisted at least four companies for their Singapore refinery assets.

Talk of major fuel supplier and or global trading company after the AGM. And mention of Dutch tax credits, all pointed to Shell being part of the tripartite agreement between QED, MSC.

Shell seems to fit the bill on both counts as both a supplier and trader.

Yeah, it broke between 9:15 and 10:15, was okay for an hour, the went again for about an hour.

Still a few issues as some are still showing as halted, but are actually okay to trade.

Caused a few to panic I'm sure. :)
