Yes, "Arnish is now working on five barges". But that comes in as raw sheet steel and goes out as barges. That might have been the delivery from the RDJ Maasstroom you flagged up a week ago.
A "could be", in regards to the Meghan at least, might be freshly H&W Arnish fabricated items being picked up from in front of their Yard, which is where the Meghan keeps returning to, and being delivered/installed out "near" the new terminal. Berthing /mooring dolphins, comes to mind. Like those shown in the new, to me, cruise related video on the Deepwater Terminal website.
