Erm, again, did I miss where Infa took ownership of anything in Barrow.
Signed a term sheet, way back in May last year but didn't think they ever got to the executing the SPA.
No payments were made or even due until after FID. AFAIA.

In some small way, recent investors should be glad they have been selling over the last few months. As I'm sure they would be paying way higher prices than they have been of late. IMO. :)

But most of their holding percent changes was due to increased share issue not them reducing.
I thought, but maybe wrong, that it was only 1% changes that had to be notified until under 3%.

Barwick, you would have thought so but I have seen many mistakes in RNS's regarding the same.
Sometimes they are corrected by a follow up RNS.

FWIW Deamon, I had them at 7.86% on my spreadsheet. But , TBH, not updated in a while and i think there were some new shares issued recently. Which would take them down abit more.
Thev'e just done what they did this time last year and reduced by 50% ish.
No probs. Don't effect my holdings and can wait far longer than any ii for max returns. :)
