Must admit, wish I knew about the link between the IOSSC and the financing earlier. I would have have held off dropping 10k in here this morning. The ferry was a stupid venture to begin with and if it ends up being responsible for losing more important things I'm going to be even less impressed. Monday should be fun.

Think they only care about getting a new ferry. If this issue puts a spanner in that plan they may have been interested to know about it. Other than that, I don't think that they are interested in the companies bigger problems out side of providing one or maybe maintaining the freight service. imho

It's still a loan from the banks though. Do you think that they would be happy to lend it without any guarantee? And was it them that pushed for the 100% guarantee, over the usual 80%, that has caused all the delay?
