Though I'm not sure what happened between the 1st and 28th of Feburay, but it was obviously very important to discount the rest of the year. One thing is for certain though, you wouldn't want to hold past the 1 year mark as that seems to be it's highpoint. But I guess it could then be shorted down to £8.73.

What he did say was they hoped to get polb in a better place before they do any more of the spin outs. I'm putting any spare cash I here until they announce the next one. Can always transfer it over once they give a timetable for the ipo. Plus he mentioned 15x in the long term. Even a fraction of that is worth holding more than the freebies for.

Before we get the wheelbarrows out, I have an unfeasably cunning plan.
We all make multiple accounts, so we can rec' our own posts, as well as each others. Then we spend all day cutting and pasting huge swathes of old RNS's, enhancing some of the figures here and there. At some point someone will call an inflection point or post some charts on twitter, creating a bit of FOMO, and then the SP will rocket to the moon.

To me it looks like they have more than they did in September.
Even allowing for the placing and wherever the 9.56% came from.
Maybe not a biggish shoe, but these II's must get some incentive to keep buying into these placings at lower and lower prices. And if they are corvering their costs in the pre-placing pumps, while Joe PI gets spiked again, I would not be surprised.

From the 22nd September Rns, so pre-placing, " Allianz Global Investors held 6,600,000 shares representing approximately 5.42% of the Company's issued share capital"
So now they have 7,850,000 ? Being 4.8%.
So between September and ???? they went up from 5.42% to 9.56% (old issue) and now back down to 4.8% (new issue)

If I was cynical, lol, me thinks they may have done a bit of "trading" in the recent pump.

Was dissapointed not to see it there on Sunday when I had a mooch around.

I think a contract to build any vessel, regardless of size, would be a huge bonus. At least H&W could then be called a shipbuilder once again. As it stands we are just a marine service station that also does a bit of fabrication.

FWIW, I also thought that an RNS was only required with a change of 1% increments, once over the 3% threshold.
But, it's always good to see an up to date holdings RNS, regardless. As details of holdings from the company have not always been consistently updated.
Just added a few more myself whlist there is "blood on the streets", so to speak.
Managed to get them at 15.54p (shown as sell, obviously) so will help bring the average down slightly.

FWIW, just got back from a stroll around Appledore. The Entsha is still in the same place as it was when it docked a few weeks back. It's just across from the gate to the Newquay yard so could see it quitw close up. Looks like they have a small gen set providing power while it's moored up. Could not see any discernible change as regards work done on it having checked the pics I took against some of the earlier images OT flagged up, plus this one just after it arrived.

Did have chuckle with a man that lives between the two yards, when I pointed out that his house is painted in the H&W colours of yellow and grey. He assured me that it was just a coincidence and he didn't get the paint from the yard. lol

It's very telling that he can fall back on quoting 100 NDA's when it suits, as by their nature they are unprovable to even exist.
But should something newsworthy be required to pump up the SP for a placing, even if redacted later... well, anything goes, it seems. And blaming the NOMAD for that is contemptuous. IMO How much did they make from the last placing?
Not saying that there would not be any NDA's when working with the MOD and goverment contract negotiations but using them as an excuse, in my mind, was fobbing you off.
