I don't feel that shareholder dissatisfaction has ever been high on their list of priorities, imo.

From what I can gather, the classification society overlooks ship design/saftey.
And I guess, it has welding certification that must follow such guidlines to get passed.

Seems a bit of a disconnect between research and the takeup by Govs. with their findings.
