LG, that was certainly the case with IM. As regards retaining an equity interest as well as managing the site, once up and running. Not sure the same strategy was intened for the yards though. That was my interpretation.

Not sure about making the best decisions, for shareholders, though. Not seen much of that so far. At least, it doesn't feel like it. That said, I did increase my holding significantly during December and now hold four times more than I have ever held.
So kinda hoping something will turn up. :)

Regarding transition solutions, which QFI have. Why did they not any sort of presence at COP26 or the LISW.
Ideal places to show off their stuff and a missed opportunity. IMO

FWIW, my 2p's worth from someone who bought back in recently. Regardless of the advertised spread, which did look scary, it doesn't take much time watching a short term chart or doing a few dummy trades, to get a truer picture of reality.
So one would hope any potential new investors would give it more than just a cursory glance, if after being convinced enough by their research to want to buy in.

Have seen a number of these webcasts with other companies and have found them quite informative.
The company does there usual spiel and goes through their presentation deck and investors get to submit questions beforehand, I guess to vet out the awkward questions, and questions can be submitted during the webcast.
Sometimes the company themselves can request to do a presentation, but from what I can gather, if there is enough requests from investors, they will contact the company to put one on.
Does anyone think they would have the cojones to do one?

Time is ticking on the announcement of the Scillonian IV contract as well. FWIW.

Have tried to keep abreast of things during that time, but more recently have read the posts every day and watched the Investor meet company webcast. Used to be on iii, before that board went south and came over here, but is good to see some of the stalwarts from back then still posting.

Last time I did the calcs, been a while, the bod and family held approx 2% of the issue. This was before the consolidation though. Plus a few bought some back last year when the sp was quite low.

Tis the season for the pundits to offer up their picks for the coming year and I saw that Doc Holliday has Harl down as one to watch. Whether or not you put much faith in them, as self proclaimed gurus, It can't be denied that some do have a following and as such can point others to search for new opportunities where they may not have otherwise looked.

Well actually, it's a revamp of an earlier one I did after the POLB spin-off, mostly for my own amusement. :)
I've predominantly used info from issued RNS's if you want to go and check the details. Wish there was room to included some more of the presentations as I'm sure they had an effect on sentiment, at times.
I'll leave to you guys to interpret it as you wish. But I guess that will depend on your stance as regards how things developed against any guidance given by the company.
