Fully understand Kalan and all that needs to have a stop put to it. Unfortunately much of it goes on because the state no longer has the manpower to investigate any of it including the huge frauds by people with extraordinary wealth. Sadly it's everywhere and I can't see it getting much better. I have always paid every bit of tax that is due and indeed had little chance of avoiding it but I have had student grants as did my wife and children so I never have any gripes about paying it.

No-one does anything on their own Edzi. They are always helped in some way. You weren't alive in the time of Dickens were you? You are older than I imagined ;-)

Unfortunately Kalan no system works perfectly and some might even say that your free medicine and school meals alongside a subsidised council house were examples of scrounging off the state. They would be wrong of course but there are many of them. Like you I was a school teacher and I was quite shocked when I started teaching that kids would say that they were going to go straight onto the dole when they finished their education (at 16 then). I can only say looking at some of their lives now that I would not want to be them . Certainly the system needs tightening but there are also a lot of myths regarding the handouts that some people are entitled to. I never take any statements for granted but go to Full Fact instead. There are some that wish to destroy a civilised system and replace it with one like the US. Advanced technologically but socially barbaric.

I doubt anyone with any sense will give up the kind of profits possible here despite what Rachel Reeves does. Most people have their shares in an ISA anyway. Where else are they going to stash their cash?

I think the question needs to be put at the AGM. It is too easy to underestimate so that any figures look good but that is not what investors want.

Edzi, the upgrade is not a problem in terms of present production which is continuing. As GotReal said "The Sable upgrade will, on completion, give us 29Kt capacity. Before it is finished, ie NOW, we should have approx. 23Kt". Re sellers. If they think they can make more elswhere good luck to them but the main problem is our large forced seller.

He certainly didn't say Dorfan. The Fund situation is one thing but it is very odd that what seem to be sells at 4.52 are actually buys and I think a great deal of that is going on. It's hard to make any judgements here at all.

When are we assuming we will have the feedstock to utilise the capacity that we have now?

Snap Edzi! Really difficult to hear. A transcription of the salient points would be most helpful.

Do you have evidence for that statement Dorfan? I don't think the present selling is much to do with those sentiments.
