Edzi. Just like the very opposite has created both extreme wealth and extreme poverty in the US and to a much lesser extent in the UK. I assume you have private health insurance because if you haven't, holding your views you really would be foolish. Any extremes are bad and you are lazy to brand anything that requires people to take care of each other as "left wing" but I would hate to live anywhere that didn't have a progressive social model. Anything else is pure filthy greed. How you can extrapolate anything in my last post as being left wing mystifies me. That does not provide it with the capability of original thought. Eistein's discoveries came without recourse to the current knowledge. If you are going to comment on it please take your reading from authoratitive sources and double fact check what you read. If you mean we can program a drone to use a limited range of instructions to operate then maybe. Thats only what a Solicitor does anyway in most cases. Edzi, you are getting to be rather an annoying rude individual. " Are you for real " is a ridiculous statement. Of course there are levels of corruption and DRC is well up there as well as being an unstable terrirory to do business in.

I don't disagree on the focus but a small, self contained project elsewhere would't compromise anything especially if someone else was paying for it. It depends of course on the Cu andd Cobalt content of the waste especially as Chile has a lot of copper but it is often extracted from rocks that are even poorer than the current waste we are processing. Our last project in Cyprus didn't pay off but did show a sense of direction. We don't want to get so hung up on one country that we don't register our existence elsewhere before others take over.

Perhaps Leon could set up a small project there just to get noticed. Small team could oversee it if the funding is OK and running it with perhaps a small module would generate few problems. Would show intent.
