Nice work if you can get it? Obviously you lack the ability to do so Looty. I would never be happy at options awarded at such a low price but whatever people say about Leon the company would be nowhere without him. We shall wait and see wheter he was really worth it.
I wouldn't be so sure about that Edzi. The vast majority of trades up to around 2 o'clock were all buys and by the sizes of them by PIs. What forced the sp down were very large trades throughout the day by what appeared to be one or more IIs still selling. There were more buys than sells even when the trades in the mid price column are discounted .I think that is the general opinion.
IRH doesn't matter. It was always icing on the cake. What matters is how much copper is being processed and how much profit is being made from it. The current sp shows none of it. Put your mone where you like looter.
You did not make that plain. So we are left with the fact, however nit picking, that it is merely your observation which doesn't quite carry the weight of the broker. Fine by me.
FROM THE NOTE :- Zeus estimate 1.7Mt and 36koz respectively) with Zambia copper production – cathode copper and copper-inconcentrate which was previous guided at 5.9 – 7.5kt copper – Zeus estimate slightly higher at 8.4kt copper for the FY ). We will look to revise our forecasts in line with Jubilee guidance in due course for Zambia.
So their estimate 8.4k tons. No mention of optimistic!
Too much speculation based on ignorance here. They are hardly going to tell the market how the 15k tons for the IRH deal has been coming along before they finalise a deal with IRH (or not). Ridiculous.
"Highly unlikely they will do 8.4k tons of copper this FY according to the broker." Actually the broker was the one who raised that target so you are incorrect as regards them not thinking it will be reached.
