Hmm from the Q&A session today I think GF will probably get a non exec chair position in the Newco.
He seems extremely confident that mining & commercial production licences will be secured relatively quickly, which I see as good news.
He was pretty firm on the retail investor side. He thinks Alba's SP will intrinsically benefit from the Newco IPO listing. No word on how much its seeking but I would imagine it in the tens of millions of pounds.

Being as he stated that he thinks investors are better off holding Alba, suggests to me he doesn't want investors dumping Alba stock to buy Newco stock as he sees the Alba SP increasing significantly post IPO. Which to me suggests not a potential favourable Open Offer for existing shareholders. Maybe 1 Newco share for every 10,000 Alba shares owned?
All one can do now is wait for the IPO structure.

Well its gonna be pretty hard for the BOD to balls this up. They literally have to do NOTHING but wait for the results. If they are good, exercise the options & then continue to sit back & wait.

If there is no commercial helium, allow the options to expire & be happy we have broken even. Its win win. I am as upbeat on Scir as I have been since 2016.

That might still happen; first well results in 30days after spud. Though I think most of the SP increase will happen for HE1 not Scir.

DM seems 100% certain of CoS. At the very least we know Scir has the options left on the table. So if HE1 does go to the moon, Scir might not go with it but at least Scir will get off the ground.

I am now thinking instead of one blip up Scir will get a staircase effect of the SP with each month of positive HE1 news.
Scir is spending all the time looking for clean energy projects to invest in, when its already invested in one which its reducing its holding in LOL.

I didn't realise its now 3 months of drilling for 3 different Wells. Which will take commingled results to the end of Q3. So I'm now now adjusting my short turn blip up & sustain in Scir to October.

I have just listened to David Minchin's interview & have to say I am very impressed with how focused and clear his vision is.
I wish Scir had someone like that on the BOD.

Elir I didn't expect any questions from you as I am not the company secretary or involved in the day to day running of Alba.
I understand like many, you are a frustrated shareholder, investing in mircocaps with very high expectations & those expectations have not been met.
I do get the impression that you feel as though you could do a better job running the company than GF though or you know someone who could.
Not trying to butt heads with you here, its just my observation.

Elir just because I am surprised at your submitted questions, it doesn't mean I am ok with the company results.
Fortunately I haven't invested more than I could afford to lose and am still waiting for that .24 mark to take another £50 punt, which I may repeat in the coming months.
As I have previously mentioned, when Alba gets the relevant permissions & licences, my investment sentiment will change.

I think you are after a pound a flesh which I don't think you will get. I was surprised at the way you worded your questions, but those questions are relevant to you. And the only person who can answer them is GF.

Elir I don't think that if "your submitted questions" aren't answered, it means Alba is ducking them.
I think if the questions are relevant & asked in a particular way & of course if enough people ask a similar questions, then GF will respond. He is not on trial here.
This isn't a select committee testimony lol.

I think for your own peace of mind one should manage ones expectations on getting specific answers to your questions.

I think you should definitely submit these questions to the VOX Q&A so they can be addressed by GF.

Yanis, GF did indicate another 6months of exploration. So I don't see anything changing in 2021 on the Gold front.
I have come to the conclusion that GF wants to prove up as much resource as possible, so that "when" permissions are granted to re-open the mine & commercial licences are in place. Full scale production can last for years rather than only having enough resources to mine for 9months.
