We have entered, unsurprisingly, a global Bear Market. As a result you need to (in my opinion), (a) keep your ISA powder dry (I.e. don’t be spending it any time soon) and (b) massively lower your expectations for 2022. DT will be lucky if it closes at £5 this year. I would certainly not be “topping up” or buying, as you are 100% guaranteed, at this point, to be paying too much. DT will, I suspect, drop to £3.50p, as the headwinds are far worse now, than they were back in February. Do not expect to make much money, if any at all, this year; in fact probably budget to lose money. Make no mistake, everything will suffer, from Equities, to Bonds, to Gilts, to Crypto. Sit on your cash and wait until the autumn or you’ll almost certainly regret it. Apart from that. All is well in the world :)
