It matters to the Market though; personally I don't care, as I'm not a seller until next year, all being well. Senior Director selling is never a good look, but there will be plenty more insider sales, of that you can be sure.

Who expects a share to rise, when a Board member sells one million shares? Nobody! Relax as it won't be the last time this year either. £4 was never a God given right here. It's totally naive/ridiculous, as people suddenly expect way too much, just as soon as this rises. No straight lines and easy wins these days. ATB

These are workmanlike results. The results of which I suspect, will be timelines and horizons being pushed further out. What happens (price wise) today, is largely immaterial; we will just need to be patient for longer though, for sure. . . .

How the hell can Lloyds' results have realised such a paltry uplift? This is ridiculous; an absolute farce.

Note that £4.20p is the maximum that we can expect in 2022 - in my opinion (hence why I arrived at that figure). And it is by no means an easily achievable number. Your £6 next year is highly unlikely, given the most recent set of results. DT is just not worth £6 on the results just released. It helps to keep things real here, as the tech sector is very out of vogue now. Indeed, it's a pity DT didn't float five years ago!! I will be very happy with £4.20p by Christmas myself.

I would be very surprised at that. It's only up less than 4% so thete is not much to pull back! It will close at this level or higher; having already dropped back since the opening bell. . .

Got to admit, that I'm pretty surprised that this is not up today; given the run-in to results day. I would have expected an 'in anticipation' rise, at the very least? It's like pulling teeth this one! ATB :)

My timing wasn't the best at £3.34p, but at least it brought my overall average down by nearly 60p; so that I felt mitigated the risk a fair bit. But that's my DT buying done, as I'm overweight here now! ATB

bobocaca, I took your advise and bought another £10,000 worth (yes, from the ISA I wasn't going to touch until the autumn!!) at £3.34p each. Hence my average now being £4.19p. The results were very good with the all important 'forward visibility' confirmed by Poppy; it now just depends on any external pressures I reckon. But there is nothing much DT can do about that kind of stuff . . . ATB

Sheltie will very happily take £5! I'm fact let's shoot for £6! Who Knows! :)
