my average is £4.19p so I am well up now. However it is 100% NOT about what I would be "happy with" it is about what I think any offer price might be. I am being unbiased and saying what I think might happen and NOT what I hope will happen. They are very different and not many here are taking that approach! Would I like £10? Yes, of course I would but I cannot see any way whatsoever of that happening. This company is good but just not worth that kind of valuation. Quite a lot has now been factored in already don't forget. We will see and I'm not spending much time here, as we have done this to death; but I wish everyone the best of luck either way. ps £4,6bn would be a bloody good deal for a company in its infancy, paying zero dividend and generating still, quite modest sales. I would take it and run - as will they!!

Tj09 I said c.£6.50p as soon as the RNS came out (we were c.£4 at that time). Some here are in lala land; simply because they over-paid (eg CR888). TB will not be making the same mistake. There are just way too many "biased" posts here; containing 'hoped for' numbers rather than 'probable'. Each to their own - but I prefer to be honest - with myself. ATB

I work a lot with these Institutional guys. Trust me here: what one firm knows, the other firms will know very shortly after. Likewise, when one makes a move, they all follow. Bizarre though it might sound, they literally behave like sheep; which is a little disturbing when you consider the FUM!!

Yes the previous placements are not relevant to any potential offer. If it's say £7 and accepted, then everyone who paid more, (be they DT employees, Institutions or Retail investors) loses what they paid above. Previous Placements will not be of any consequence to a buyer; they will only pay what they feel is a fair premium. Of course those that paid a high price will think differently! But at, again let's say £7 - then I am 100% certain that it would be accepted. Those who bought in to the Placements at £7.50p will, likely as not, lose out here; 'if' a deal is completed - which is by no means a certainty, should the BoD get greedy (like £9!!). £7 would seal it I reckon and perhaps £6.50p (which is still £1.12p higher than as I type and more than double where we were just last month)..... Sadly, there are always winners and losers in this game; insiders, even at the highest levels, are not immune from over paying either! We will just need to wait and see, but I would be very happy with £6.50p, as my break even was £4.19p, so I’m well into a very healthy profit. Have a good day folks :)

At last, a realistic £5.70p which “would be taken seriously” , so forget the £8+ dreams as they just will not pay more than they need to. I reckon £6 to £6.50p will be the finalised price, as that’s still a hefty premium let’s face it. Those however who did over pay, will almost certainly lose out here ‘if’ an offer ‘is’ indeed accepted. Enjoy your day and CR888, please try not to drown the Board in posts today! ATB. :)

Bladerunner, seriously don't regret it. If this proves to be a dead end then we will slam into reverse, leaving todays high end buyers, nursing hefty losses. Then you may be thinking "thank goodness I didn't get sucked into the hype"!! It's a gamble! No doubt about it with a maximum of £7 to £7.50p. I think it will be a £6 > £7 deal. Anyone who bought higher than that, will lose out here.

The market today, will give you your best indicator as to what they reckon any offer might be (in terms of a premium). CR888 I suspect that those additional shares that you bought at its height, will be realised at a loss, 'if' any deal actually takes place.

No I don't see that CR888. Those who bought in the £9's and £10's will end up out of pocket. I cannot see an in excess of 120% premium offer here. £7 max imo - or they will walk away. . . .
