I admire your efforts but I wouldn't bet on the FCA taking any action. From what I can tell not even an attempt was made to bring the GLOBO boss Costis Papadimitrakopoulos to account despite QC Management providing a full dossier of their fake customers and accounting fraud. If he was the CEO of an AIM company and was simply allowed to walk away then what chance the FCA chasing a bunch of bloggers? I'm afraid the only likely chance of justice is a private action from the company, I believe there is a precedence for this (see Bobsnests posts on the SOU board). Perhaps a tougher angle to take (and not one that will make me popular around here) is to ask yourself why they target FRR. I followed FRR for a while and invested at a time when it still looked a risk but at prices that made the gamble worthwhile. Since then I have been regularly encouraged by Zaza's presentations and occasional operational progress but then you get big negatives like the delayed and disappointing UD-2 result, non-deliverance of well tests which just when it is stretching credibility beyond reason the greater carrot of the NDA lands and we're back on the magical mystery tour, next stop Grand Cayman. Yes, we're targetted for many reasons, most unfair and historic but it's hardly difficult to weave a web of doubt even on recent developments. I am hanging on in here because on balance I still believe, but frankly there aren't any outcomes that would surprise me.
