I have been wondering for some time if a prospective buyer wants a hand in it hence the delay. JP can't disclose this obviously so the process appears to be in perpetual limbo. Strange though that the Q1 report makes it look like it's coming by the end of the month. So tomorrow either the GSA RNS lands or the much-analysed box will morph into an arrow, place your bets.

It also occurred to me that isn't it only institutional funds who short by actually 'borrowing' shares. Surely the internet bashing mob only have CFD positions which they can't close by acquiring real stock in the market. I'm no expert on these dark arts so happy to hear an alternative view.

Good find AJ, it's the older lady's comment at the end which seems most apposite with RR's posts (no offence RR :)). Sadly the history of AIM bodes ill for FRR and my investment, could this finally be the one to buck the trend and bite back at the enemies of enterprise?

That's true Jack but I do think the team are flat out on TE-10 data and planning the testing programme. Agreed Brian doesn't lay the concrete but every time in the past we have inferred things from perceived delays it turns out to mean nothing. Maybe the wild dogs can't be in two places at one time - they were a good omen at TE-10.

It's entirely consistent with SOU's policy of not having concurrent operations. That doesn't mean we will definitely drill TE-11, it's possible that TE10 results may have a bearing on that but I don't find it strange that groundworks aren't starting in the slightest.

JP has often stated his preference for not having concurrent operations - at this critical late stage that's obviously not going to change now. If this policy had morphed and TE-11 groundworks were starting with TE-10 testing information suddenly becoming vague I'd be worried. All good here.

I'm looking forward to seeing it, their daft dance in Way Out West should be available on the NHS. Bit worried about Crude being back in Blighty though, the consensus is you were keeping the SOU albatross away while at sea.

EC I'm no legal expert but I don't think you would want a 'no win no fee solicitor' to prepare a case and represent a PLC in court against a national government. Happy to be proved wrong but I'm guessing we'd be looking for a different calibre of legal representation. It's going to cost.

Luckyman I'm very disappointed with you. You must have missed the empirical evidence of my plastic ruler on the Q1 presentation graphic which definitively points to the long-awaited GSA on Monday. Would be ironic if after all this time it has a negative effect on the SP!

Thanks ODR hadn't seen your sensible post before I posted my silly one! I'd missed the Mole post, this is obviously very different from historic AIM delists where the Executive's are never heard of again.

I agree that the Malcy comments were actually pretty astonishing. I'm just trying to keep my feet on the ground as he cited his sources as FRR advisors and obviously YJ will continue to support their client as long as the bills get paid. Being invested here has always felt like a blindfolded roller coaster ride -' the louder you scream the faster we go'!

Hi all genuine holders, I've been dipping in and out of the board over the last few days and am getting increasingly confused. Not trying to spoil the party (first bought at lows over two years ago and then added at less clever prices inc PB). Can anyone summarise what exactly has lead to this upturn in sentiment because all I've seen is the Malcy interview and reassurances from YJ - all good but have I missed something? Thanks

RR, a few months ago he was sparring with Doc over FRR and he said words to the effect of 'look I've been out there and seen the stuff coming out of the ground'. You could probably find the exact quote by looking through their archive.
