Well three weeks soon since 'that' RNS, I'm not normally a fan of company statements in response to SP movements but need some form of credible information to steady the ship and I don't mean an interview with the Brylcreem Boy.

I do hope against all the evidence that the Leavers promise of £350m per week diverted away from the EU and into the NHS turns up because at this rate we're going to need neuroses wards opening up all around the country specifically to deal with SOU investors.

I'm not sure we can reach 0.05 on no news and of course we can't assume the drill or results will be positive. Personally I'm just keen to hear that we've hit the target. With the extensive historic samples that LR is always waxing lyrical about I think the results are relatively low risk.

Does appear that most have dug in here and holding tight. Unless 023 is a slower drill for geological reasons it must be due to be completed now I'd have thought. News tomorrow perhaps? Anyone figured out what the expected turnaround for assay results might be? Perhaps we'll get 023 completion and 022 results at the same time....

Sad to see so many people completely losing the plot. They're just reiterating previously stated timescales and are not going to suddenly lop a couple of months off even if they are in advanced talks. This statement makes an imminent announcement neither more or less likely.

Agreed Bedex, except I do read and watch everything that's published (more fool me probably). I think AIM investors are becoming increasingly cynical about the pr interviews game, seems to play into the hands of traders. When PH was banging on about the well being on the smallest possible choke due to storage issues it is understandable that investors assumed that once this hurdle was overcome we'd be producing higher, not lower. I've been invested on many rampy boards in my time but this has to be the worst for intolerance of any questioning of the company's performance, very strange in the face of overwhelming evidence that investors have not been well informed. At least for once that includes institutions as well as PI's although you have to wonder now if Miton were simply selling due to distress or did they have their ear to the ground......

Sieveco I agree with your sentiment but the figures quoted in April were widely misunderstood because they were quoted in 'bbl/day', barrels per day. This is what Malcy carefully alluded to when questioning investor communications, as your reference to '700-1100 bopd' should be quoted in 'bbl', it was never BOPD. This original numbers included the drilling fluids and that should have been made explicit. Even worse I think the market is nervous as the last two interviews have referenced formation water ingress which is nothing to do with the drilling fluids. As I've said before there's a lot to like here but the damage to trust isn't going to be patched up by public relations interviews but real figures that demonstrate that the well can deliver near to expectations.

I don't think it's just noise to be fair, they got it badly wrong with the expectations for this well starting in April, then the confusion over halting production and the subsequent disappointing production. I think Malcy was carefully hinting that the bbl figures also created a misunderstanding and if you wanted to go further you could ask why the water cut wasn't communicated from the outset. I'm invested here and taking no pleasure in the SP but am getting a bit irritated that if you express your feelings you get accused of all sorts. In my opinion everyone pretending that nothing is wrong is in cloud cuckoo land - the SP tells its own story. No we need RNS'd evidence that they are improving production not promotional interviews. Someone quite correctly pointed out earlier that they can't issue this until they're ready which is fine but until they do (if and when they can) the SP will drift and people trying to defend the indefensible on here are just banging their heads against a wall, sorry just accept it instead of fantasising about paid de-ramping.

Don't think I've ever heard Malcy be so scathing about a company's miscommunications. Certainly backs up investors here who have expressed their disappointment only to be castigated by the rampers.

I must admit I expected a slight pullback today after the 30% yesterday in anticipation of news. It does look like investors are taking positions for the endgame. On another tack I've tried to get a handle on the likely turnaround on the core samples by looking back at the RNS's of the previous campaign but can't find a clear example of 'core sample sent / core sample results', anyone got an idea?

Must say with gold strengthening again I'm surprised we haven't kicked on from 10p. Guess Sothic weren't the only ones who had 10p as a profit-taking target. The fact that they only sold a fraction of their holding suggests they expect the trend to continue up.

Interesting interview but I do think it has only added to the uncertainty here. Desperately need some empirical evidence that the production is improving because it sounds like they are struggling to 'master the reservoir' and are even recruiting to that end. I do think the pullback is overdone though as inevitably we are being judged by the AIM truism that any problem only ever gets worse. Need a solid RNS to turn this around, no more cosy chats before then please BLOE.

Try watching the interviews and read the RNS's. Whether the drills are analogous I don't know but drill 022 took just under a calendar month. I think 023 is fractionally deeper and was started on 8th July so assuming the drilling was no more challenging then news should be due.

That's depressingly true Gipps, I still have high hopes for a couple I'm in but generally it's the same old story of over-promising, missed targets, missed timelines and perpetual dilution. Even PH at BLOE has been guilty of unrealistically raising production expectations and disappointing the market. Don't get me started on the wages at SOU. The situation here at FRR is so bizarre that in an almost superstitious way I have a feeling it will come good but pretty desperate stuff really. Generally on AIM I've learnt that if things look bad it's probably one hell of a lot worse in reality.

Don't forget that in addition to the stakeholder engagement process we commissioned the Spanish consultancy MAGMA to start the land use licensing for mining almost a year ago. Hope it's not going to be a complication that we intersect three different municipalities but I'm impressed how LR has positioned us to be a genuine proposition in the near term. If the current drill delivers the indicated resources that LR is targetting I really think we're good to go. He's gone a bit quiet on this recently but in the past he has been clear that shareholders don't want to endure a lengthy, expensive and risky wait for a small explorer to attempt to become a producer. Much better a quick asset sale to a bigger player, everything points to that in my opinion.

Apologies if this has been discussed before but if you click on 'CSR' on the Frontera website you'll find an image under 'safety performance' saying 'Zero harm in 2019 - the journey continues'. In any normal company you'd assume it would indicate that operations must be continuing, on Planet Frontera it's anyone's guess! I suppose you could argue there's been zero harm to the SP in 2019.
