If you look back at the Oct presentation in terms of tonnes and grade LR put a value on our metals (pre JORC and metallurgy) which amounted to 71% of the value of Adriatic Metals. Both companies have made progress since then but ADT have a mcap of £158m today. I admit I haven't made a forensic analysis of their exploration performance but their mcap is similar to the level when they launched on AIM back in January. I think that illustrates the potential rerate here if we can just elevate funding fears. I don't think a multiplier of 25-35X on our current mcap is unrealistic depending of what we can secure versus what we have to give away.

Correct Bluerill - AIM rules are that the shares should be traded if possible. It was never just down to EUA to decide when they wanted to relist or not. Today should be pretty crunchy, I haven't the faintest which way this will go. I reckon Nornickel must be out of the picture as we don't know if the fuel spill charge is $2.1B (as the Russian watchdog claim) or $150M as the company estimate, that would be one negative IMO.

I wonder if the judge has proposed some sort of compromise to both parties? Wouldn't a straight ruling either way just be announced as was previously indicated?

I think it's fair to assume that when EUZ submitted the application to the Junta of Castilla y León for a new three year investigation permit there might just have been a plan of some description accompanying it. The authorities will want to know how all this potential will be turned into more jobs and prosperity for the region before signing anything. Now wait for it (roll of drums)...... I do agree with Bobby that it would be nice at some stage for this to be outlined to all shareholders, including long suffering PI's. I think this will come after the forthcoming housekeeping and news on financing.

TLTL - you have posited a theoretical scenario that really is just speculation. We don't know what will happen with the board make-up until we hear from the court and get through the proposed GM. If you want some facts we have the new flotation facility at Pioneer coming in Q4 allowing us to process more of our own refectory ore at the POX hub.

Worth noting that after the 2008 financial crisis silver went from below $10 per oz to nearly touching $50. Looks like the five year high could go soon, after that I wonder what is possible?

Okay fair enough DtheG, silver & copper could also be extremely interesting, both have medical applications and copper should benefit hugely as I think governments will up direct investment in the green energy sector to meet carbon targets. Meanwhile sort it out POG!

David I think what grated with folk on here was that you predicted something along the lines of PI's being "humiliated" by the coming drop in the gold price. The emotive language suggests you were trying to instil fear on the board, I know it made me suspicious of your motives at the time. I've nothing against all opinions but you do seem to have been calling it both ways to be fair. Anyway good luck to everyone and let's hope this debacle is over soon.

Petra this is a well trodden debate on these boards but that could have been a worked trade across the day, perhaps buying into the uncertainty and reported after hours. Doesn't really matter anyway.
