I think we have to accept that Nornickel are unlikely to be in a position to bid until they establish the full cost of their diesel spill. I know they're disputing the figure but the Russian environmental watchdog are demanding $2.1 billion for the cleanup. I see that the major stakeholder Rusal are pushing for changes at Nornickel so I expect housekeeping to be the near term priority there rather than acquisitions. Happy to be proved wrong, but just thought I'd contribute a no doubt highly unpopular bit of realism :)

Agreed Oil, the location has huge implications on lowering CAPEX and also future OPEX efficiencies. Most mining projects have to factor in monumental capital expenditure to make start up a possibility. It really couldn't be better at Toral, I'm optimistic.

As for how well my posts are received believe it or not I don't make my posts as some kind of needy popularity contest. Hi Oil missed that when I was tapping away. As well as the jurisdiction I would add the strategic location couldn't be better. It's not one of those positives that tend to excite people but the advantage of road and rail literally on our doorstep, an industrial area, smelter not far off, even possible synergies with a cement works that we could utilise in construction and take our limestone waste. The only worry is the River Sil but we are well on our way to completing the hydrology. So much good work being done and I think LR gets it in the neck because he is the front man. I know he isn't particularly inspiring in his presentation style but I've seen enough razamataz AIM presentations to know how much bull*&^t is out there. GLA I think our time is coming.

Fair enough MfM though I don't think you can accuse LR of disdain for the small investor, I find him extremely communicative though at times I think excessively cautious about what he will say. Look at EUA they say they're for sale and the SP rockets, they have some hot metals so I'm not saying it's all unjustified (I have an investment there). However the EUA board talk of their Exec's as if demigods understandably because they're all in big profit. If the SP starts dropping watch that change - people will be asking why they've been up for sale for a year and where are the offers? etc etc. As long as the SP remains high no awkward questions. Of course my ultimate aim is to see the SP high here so I'm not happy but I can see a clear path to us achieving that. I just get frustrated with people that can't because they're obsessing with the miserable SP, or more importantly mcap which I do realise is a whopping big negative. We can agree on one thing and that's metal prices - have a butcher's at this "The mining and materials equity team at RBC Capital Markets has raised its silver price forecasts by 16% in 2020, 17% in 2021 and 14% in 2022". I actually think they're being way too cautious but they've probably modelled in the possibility of another temporary drop if there's a second wave of CV (from Mining.com).

It's true that there was a general consensus that met news was being pushed back until post consolidation but to expect the curtain being swept back on the work flows within 24 hours is unrealistic. Following the GM they have predicted three weeks for mets, I had hoped sooner I confess. There are other things we may hear about before then but its likely that ultimate news on funding (rather than possible EU bonuses) won't accompany mets but follow after negotiations are completed. It's tough trying to see this project for what it is when the only reality appears to be the SP. We have independent 'truths' reporting that this is an excellent project, I realise that spirits are so crushed by the SP that people don't seem to have the will to talk about Toral itself. It has been the same story since the disastrous raise last year. As for getting out with a massive loss, I have done it before and I promise you if your heart is not in a stock anymore you will feel better instantly, personally I've never understood the attitude that the company is terrible but I'm leaving the remains of my investment in on the off chance that it comes good, even though I don't expect it to - not difficult to spot the anomaly is it?

The mets aren't like getting your exam results . There will have been a lot of communication between WA and EUZ as this phase has progressed, methods to optimise recovery while suppressing nasties. The relative marketability of our various products will of course dictate strategy, just theoretically strong industrial metals might favour a JV while if silver remains the most obvious cash raiser perhaps off take will be the way to go. MyFM if you think "they're gonna try and hawk it one way or another hoping they can get something decent lined up" I'm amazed you're still invested.

Yep Teaye sounds like this round of mets will dictate strategy. I guess they have to pull all the elements together including the ore sorting to present the optimum economics to whoever has the much needed cash. The ore sorting is massively important as if effective it will increase the quantity of lower grade areas that could be economic . I think we might get some hydrology and perhaps the Holy Grail of some EU cash before then. Sorry that some people expecting everything to be finalised one day after consolidation are disappointed.

It wasn't a fixed price but done on a 500:1 basis. There was a very suspicious 1.8p 'trade' that appeared which caused some panic yesterday before the market could operate normally, we have stabilised since but still below our mcap before consolidation.

Got it, so the strike prices are the more ambitious figures I quoted earlier.... I think.

Barry I think they're back. By the way where did you get 9p from? I scoured the RNS and can't find 9p quoted anywhere. Happy to be proved wrong as I'm not great at reading these technical RNS's.

Sorry I think those were existing, from the new incentives there is a tranch at 12.5 and 18.75p. This is from the RNS, can you point me to where 9p is quoted?

28.75 and 37.5p there were also 66,666,666 exercisable on or before 22nd May 2020 at 0.075p (old money) so I guess these have expired?

Strange all these people that have checked their holding today and are flabbergasted at the consolidation, have they had their heads in the sand since the 12th June?
