SP since metallurgy3 Nov 2020 11:44
I was pondering why the SP has been so disappointing since the excellent metallurgy and I'm wondering if it might have something to do with MC's investment company Energy Minerals which volunteered to be struck off the register earlier this year, the process being completed this October. Whats this got to do with us? Well in March 19 Energy Minerals took 333,333,333 shares or 2.78 per cent of EUZ in the 0.015 placing, I make that 666,666 shares after consolidation. I can only speculate as to exactly when the Directors of Energy Minerals chose to sell the EUZ shares after their decision to wind up the company but it would be likely that they would have targeted a period when they would have anticipated some SP strength. Not suggesting that MC has done anything wrong as their assets I assume would have to have been liquidated for a distribution to each Director, they were solvent when they opted for the voluntary strike off. Just guesswork but if they were selling in the run up to final dissolution that's a lot of stock into the market.
