Obviously the drilling doesn't change the reality of what's down there but if we get more inferred into the indicted category the economics become more attractive and predictable. Less risk of the mine underperforming.

Looking at the operational conditions of tranche 1 of the options CHRI5P (greater than a 4.5Mt Indicated Resource) I'm guessing they're looking to convert inferred resources into indicated in the early years mining zone so that the developer gets a faster return on their capital investment.

Reckon so Bricks though I'm a bit disappointed we haven't heard any rig mobilisation noises yet. Also missing the Bash Street Kids today, I wonder if positiveenergy copped another ban?

Did you mean 'indicated' CHRI5P? Talking about GGP it does remind me that we're getting no value yet for being low CAPEX which is thanks largely to the location. Power, road and rail on our doorstep, no need to build accommodation blocks and ship workers in on extended shifts. Synergies with the cement works who will want our limestone waste and existing quarries that the local authorities want us to infill. A historic mining region where much of the investment in human expertise has already been made, if we have a mine we can draw on that. A supportive local jurisdiction which I know everyone says that but we have proof with the research and educational programmes. I believe these positives will eventually be reflected in the SP but they're certainly not yet which is why EUZ is incredible value at this level.

I don't think that's really fair investor3, we've come a long way from 10p in a year. Unfortunately I expect the corporate issues to be a drag until confidence is fully restored. I don't have the data to prove it but I'm certain POG has never tracked movements in the GP so starkly in real time before. Maybe algo trading is having more influence than ever?

Trade I'm sure nothing like that has ever happened :) In all sincerity though I do hope all parties that have signed NDA's with us are behaving professionally as there is little evidence in the market of friends and family filling their boots as yet! On another tack, looking at the copper price you have to wonder if the case for investigating it is becoming overwhelming.

Trade the NDA's are signed that's what commits other parties to exclusive information without the freedom to accumulate. Michael they aren't ruling out further EU grants, with our friends in the EU strategically planning for commodity security I really think there is a strong possibility we'll get some more support. In terms of news we should get something on the drilling programme soon.

Agreed solid results hopefully even if not spectacular, and perhaps more importantly building corporate confidence and transparency for the future (almost said 'going forward' but would had to have run my fingernails down a blackboard as punishment).

petra - Polygon have been increasing their short all the way up from 10p. It's been widely discussed that it must be an arbitrage play with their bonds. I'm sure someone else can explain it better than me, not something I know anything about. Anyway good to see this above 34p, last seen in September, hope the rally holds.

Should add that I realise it was the drop in the GP from 2011-2015 that exposed our unmanageable debt but it does seem like we track it more than ever before in live time.

In all the years I've been in POG I can't ever remember it being so pushed and pulled around by the GP. I'm certain I remember discussions about positive GP movements failing to move us up and likewise falls just being shrugged off by the SP. Not sure what this has to do with the price of fish though.

Trade are you just looking at the last trade? I've just been quoted 8.525p to sell, so the bid is rising and 8.75p still looks about right for the mid. Not saying it won't crash spectacularly later though :)

Yes I try not to mention the silver price as every time I do gravity seems to be restored. It does seem to be even more sensitive to gold on US policy making and even vaccine news which seems bizarre as most of the positive predictions for 2021 are based on industrial uses as well the traditional safe haven demand. Maybe because it has been outperforming gold, traders have higher profit margins to draw on whenever there is a wobble?

It was this time last year that we at long last started breaking clear of the 10p zone, would be nice if we get a repeat performance and find a new range. The year chart still doesn't look too shabby despite all these corporate issues, I'm optimistic.

CHRI5P I think it's useful to monitor them in relation to the three year trailing average in the PEA. Zinc has recently been hovering above, Lead slightly below and silver is over 50% up. However in terms of the proportions of revenue from each metal it would be a big move in the zinc price that will have most leverage on the project.

TLTL - It does feel like an unsettling period for POG but if the new Board's intentions are as they state then this could be an immense 2021. Personally I'm not interested in dividends at this juncture, they need to get on top of the debt first and then share buy backs before dividends IMO. I sometimes think the kudos of being a dividend payer outweighs the logic of buy backs which give the shareholder more optionality in how to personally handle the upside.
