I’m not shorting anything, the fact is they could announce a placing at any price and it won’t be above the current levels. It could be 3p for all we know, management need to keep the lights on and save their skins, shareholders are the least of their worries. But sure, buying here is a great idea! ;)

It moved down on tiny volume too… the market cap is far more relevant than how many shares it’s taken to move the price!

Starting to gain some traction, I agree that 20p would be cheap when you consider how much it would cost to get a new company into the same position. I think £20-50m market cap is more than achievable if they keep converting trials into larger deals like yesterdays. That would be 30-70p a share…

Swest42, DGR have been selling for the last 12 months and as at 13/06 they had 45m shares remaining, down from 73m a year ago. On 13/06 the share price was 45p, today it’s 34p, so I’d guess they’ve sold quite a few in the last 6 weeks. As to why sell, it’s part of their strategy, reduce holdings in their mature projects to fund new investments rather than raise cash from the market. Once their out then this goes back to all time highs and beyond as that was a great RNS this morning.

Honestly beggars belief that anyone is putting significant cash in here at present. Utter madness.

£21m net debt position vs £40m overdraft facilities... blamed on building stock inventories. Exact same story at MADE. It sounds to me like they've overstetched and been caught out. The solution will likely be to heavily discount the beauty products in order to reduce inventory and increase cash, this will impact gross margin & EBITDA. I'd say an EBITDA miss on the full year is highly likely, it's the lesser of two evils vs running out of cash.

Why is the drop overdone? The enterprise value is still over £100m and the companies is burning cash... it's still on a far higher EV/EBITDA rating that THG and looks far higher risk given the net debt position... if Jupiter are selling down their 52m holding then this grinds lower IMO.

Very little stock available here, market makers doing everything to prevent the share price recovering back towards the IPO price, it's been NT for 10k shares (£700!) all morning & now they've set the spread at 28%.... why?! I think this can squeeze way higher on any sort of buying, furthermore the fundamentals support a share price increase and have strengthened a lot since the IPO, I think the market cap should be £10-15m minimum vs the £4.8m at present.

Ask now at 7.425, just shows how tight the float is here. A few more buys and this might take off, first stop 12p IPO price and then onwards. Big insurers wouldn’t be ordering 10x their pilot trial unless the tech made a difference…

- what are they selling the devices for & what is the gross margin? 10k @ £129 would be material revenue for a £4m market cap.

I think it’s notable that both KPMG & HSBC (plus many others) think ENGAGE has the best commercial metaverse offering available at present.

If they can build on this substantial foundation then EXR can be absolutely huge.

It'll not rise until the big boys are finished doing business - there have been big chunks traded on both days since the TR1 threshold was crossed (26th), so either Phoenix are adding more or we have another buyer. I still find it amazing that this was trading at £4.75 as recently as 4 months ago, my guess is a steady recovery to ~£2.50 by Christmas.
