It certainly seems that way. Haven't seen so many blue days here for a long time. And if the share wants to rise on no news that is fine by me. It will be very interesting to see where we end up after the next results from Zaranou are shared with the market (probably towards the very end of June). Those who got in at 7p / 8p and even getting in at 9p now will do very well for themselves.

I am 28 but only hold around £1000 worth. I have been watching since the days it was 1p and AKGold was rallying the SOLGers on a daily basis.

Jimmy I fully agree. The odd funding announcement aside - there hasn't really been any bad news released by the company since I first invested. That's why I keep adding. I took another £500 worth this morning at 7.9p because I am totally convinced that this share will recover (and today's news presents a good opportunity to bring that average down a little further).

I don't need the cash so I can wait, sit and hold. And there is absolutey no way I would take a 50% loss on my investment to try and double up elsewhere / chase rainbows. Let's just hope that Zaranou is able to deliver on its potential and the gold bull market has some legs in it yet.

I would hasten to add that for any prospective buyers now is a fantastic entry point and I would fill your boots.

Yup. Horrible news to start the week. Putting my cards on the table, my average is at 18p and I hold 42,000 of these. I am substaintially underwater and now thinking more about getting most of my investment back rather than making considerable profits (as I had thought when I initially bought in). As I stated on here the other day - and HodgeFox kind of mentions below - Zaranou is make or break for this share.

Previously I had said that I would sell up when the SP hit £1 or perhaps 80p. Those numbers seem like pipe dreams at the moment.

Sorry for the negative post but like mike29 I am very disappointed and a little weary by this point.

Agreed that IronRidge probably isn't the clearest of names, but let's face it we're not going to become the several hundred mil company we want on the basis of the name on the tin!

Side note - took a small position in our prosperous cousin SOLG this morning during the intra-day 7% drop. Been watching that since the 1-4p days and whilst I know it's been flying of late, think it has more legs in it over the next few weeks.

@reece - yes , as someone who has followed this share for several years I think lots of people are going to lose lots of their investment. lunacy.

Seems to be the floor for us at the moment. Which is good providing it holds. I think we'll see a move back towards the blue towards the end of the day, as we've seen the last few days of trading. Breaking 40/41p and holding there is the next big step up. Definitely one for the traders at the moment!!

This phase of drilling expected to take 1 month with results pencilled to come in at the end of Q2. If these deliver then the market should wake up with gold flying and us hopefully sitting on a load of it!

A strange post. Which broker are you using? Why are you trying to sell at 9p for what is presumably a loss? SOLG has flown in the last few weeks. Upside here over the long term is greater IMO.

Continuing to add to my position and average down. Average is now sub 20p - so like a few others here I am quite substantially underwater.. Still have complete faith in this company to come good and deliver our world class assets.

Oil over supply not something that is going away any time soon. Tankers needed to move and store oil as land storage facilities fill up. Shares are cheap as chips at this level. New CEO in place will serve the business well.
