Indeed it is, given the quality of the news this morning I'm a little surprised and disappointed that we're not higher. Once the spot lithium price turns around - and I firmly believe it will - perhaps the market will start to see the potential of our assets in Ghana.

It'll be interesting to see whether today's rise is sustained over the next few days / weeks or whether we fall back to the 21p support level. If we don't push past 25p this week, unfortunately I think we'll trade between 21p - 25p until the company gives the market news to believe otherwise.

Today's news shows that IRR is capable of delivering on its promise.

ATG - I wouldn't necessarily read too much into the Vince/Len thing. This could be the sign of the company maturing and could actually be seen as a good thing. Vince mentioned in his last interview that he wasn't a technical guy - we don't need him commenting on grades, mineralisation etc. That is Len's area of expertise, that's why we've brought in a man of his calibre.

I would expect to see Vince lend his name to RNSs on acquisitions, potential sales of assets, executive appointments, funding, and the broader, strategic piece related to the vision and future direction of the company.

I'd like to know this too, Mike. The other grades are astounding - 3.29% !!

Yup. Lithium assays showing world class grades. And Dorothe acquired by Centamin for £500m cash. Expect an SP of £1+ tomorrow.

Hello ATG, happy Monday... I misread your tweet first thing this morning and thought we'd soared into the 40s! I was wondering over whether this share is of less interest to MMs simply because of the low number of shares that are there for trading - 85% of stock with top 20 shareholders means that there is less for MMs to play around with, and may explain why we don't necessarily rise as we "should" on good news. Anyone with a better understanding of this have any thoughts/insight?

A decent RNS that increases investor confidence in what was already known: we are sitting on a future gold mine at Dorothe.

The implications this has for Vince's year-end MCAP predictions are what interest me. We can assume that - despite awaiting results of roughly 25% of the infill trenching done at Dorothe (from west of the Main Vein Swarm) - that the company changing news isn't going to come from Chad this year. What this means (IMO) is that leadership has strong confidence in the results that will come from the lithium in Ghana, OR there are still on going talks with majors in the background to acquire one of our many projects.

You have to admire the company's patience and due diligence with the Dorothe project. They're not just sticking a drill or two in the ground and hoping they'll get it right - they're being extremely thorough and slowly but surely proving up the value of what's beneath them. As long as the project remain economically viable and its sheer scale doesn't hold it back, this will pay dividends next year.

Hi Toro - thanks for being the much needed voice of reason to dispel some of my worries. There have been one or two times since I've been invested where there have been rises based on no news a few days or so before a decent RNS. As a result, when they news actually dropped, we didn't see quite as healthy of a rise as we might have expected.

You are right to point out that this company does things properly and is above board & have to report grades when they come in.

I will cheer up now and look forward to the decent news flow on the horizon.

Mike - I sure hope you are right. I'm just lowering my expectations slightly and preparing mentally for the worst. I have faith in the leadership and the geologists on the ground to deliver. Hopefully the assay results will blow this current valuation out the water.

Another tough day to accept here. When I woke up and checked the SP, the live price was over 8% down. Fearing a negative RNS, I wasn't even that surprised to see it was stock being sold or no news whatsoever.

I have an average not too far from ATG so understandably share his and many others' frustrations.

The pessimist in me is fearful of the lithium grades not being up to scratch and larger holders unwinding positions based on insider info. The RNS informing us of the delay in results has compounded this gut instinct. As has the unexplained drop in SP.

I am here for the long term and - as Toro mentioned below - am convinced that this company's MCAP will be greater than £60m over the next few months. I'll be re-evaluating my holding & position towards the end of Q4 - assessing the position of the company, the SP and its potential up against Vince's projections in his interview earlier this year.

Lots depending on good grades from Ghana in the short term. From a sentiment / mental point of view, I think it's imperative that the SP remains above 20p.

Great to see us moving upwards following a disappointing slip back to the low 20s. Also amusing to see the market react so positively to this RNS: LTHs will remember several RNS of much better quality / news and the market doing absolutely nothing in response!

When news flows with IRR it comes thick and fast so I would certainly not rule out a 2nd RNS this week updating us on the lithium we've all been waiting for. (I actually dreamt last night that the Ghana update dropped this morning and we re-rated to 49p - you can imagine my excitement when I saw an RNS had landed ha!)

Some quality posts on here over the weekend and this morning and nice to see some new faces on the BB. Nicely done to those of you in below 24/25p.

Hi ATG, how do you know this info? Not doubting it at all, just curious

For the first time since being invested here I'm slightly concerned about the recent drop in SP. There were a few trades the preceded the start of the drop that were registered as big sells (I recall a 50k gbp?) that weren't great to see. There have been times in the past with this share where news has appeared to leak. Given that we are expecting lithium updates from the company, I hope this isn't insider money jumping ship before poor drill results are published.

Need something concrete from Vince & co to steady the ship.

Is it just me who thinks it's pretty bizarre that the company were a few weeks ago attempting to sell their stake in the company, and now have increased their holding substantially? I guess IMG coming on board caused a few at FFWD to reconsider?

Factom is a privately owned company - it doesn't have a publicly available share price. I want to know how much the company is currently valued at as we haven't had an updated valuation for some time.

Hello gang. Tough times here at the moment. Does anyone know when we will next be updated on the value of our investment in Factom? As we're just about to head into H2 will we get an updated valuation based on activity in H1? Something is desperately needed here to stop the rot.
