As Helpful mentioned the new board are slowly delivering on the board changes as promised, have put in their capital and made their strategy pretty clear as per latest corporation presentation. The path is clear, funds will be raised with a mix of equity and debt to deliver some transformative acquisitions which will propel the market cap much higher. Time will tell if they will deliver but in my opinion they have got the right CVs and backing and that’s why I have been buying over the last 6 months and will hold medium to long term.

They are moving ahead as per latest corporate presentation and I have added another couple of mio shares at these levels. Time will tell who was right.

We know that this is an incredible mix of assets, let’s enjoy and wait patiently as 2020 will see this rerate.

Father agree that the backdrop is very challenging on all fronts. I think that with current travel restrictions etc they will try to close 1-2 of these deals this year, but can you imagine what will happen to this share price if they close for example deal A which delivers a $10mio pa cash flow with a mix of debt and equity. Time will tell if they deliver or not, but give me this incoming team any day in a company with a 2mio mcap and that’s why I have a large holding.

I think we can all see what sonsodgwalia is up to, seen from other companies he posts on that he does like short selling. Posting an interview a few years old is a pure waste of time to say the least.

Received Tweet confirming that the new Webpage is live today. Clearly things have evolved since, but the March 2020 Roadshow Presentation now posted gives an idea of the magnitude of the deals that the new incoming board is looking at, especially when you think that the Market Cap is 1.7mio! Father, spot on, was around mid March when I spoke to them first. Not all deals are oil, some also gas. Don’t you worry the new incoming guys know exactly what they are doing and select only accretive deals in this oil and gas environment. I expect a new corporate presentation soon. A bit more waiting and picking up a few more shares in the low teens is what I do.

Tried to get at least 150,000 shares this morning to double my position from last week but as expected did not manage to get any of the 'first come first served' £250,000 raise was already done an dusted. The positive is that they will have raised £1 mio which is great for VAL and means no other raise short term. Anybody's guess on final outcome here, but if the deal with the global Japanese company does come to fruition we will be handsomely rewarded from this low market cap, otherwise we will probably bank a loss. Basically I see it as high risk/high reward investment and I can live with that and whatever the outcome.

I have no idea where the price can go, but it would be massive for TEK and remember that if the approval gets granted they can significantly increase their stake with the warrants etc. No certainty on approval but I have doubled my position last week as the potential is clear.

Let’s be clear there is no certainty that FDA approval is granted but I suspect the Covid situation might help in this process, let’s see what happens. In any case the good thing is that TEK is not a one trick pony.

I had the opportunity as large shareholder to speak to the new top management team and they mentioned that they are looking at a few projects with an overall NPV of over $600Mio. Let’s see what happens over the new weeks and months.
