The market was pretty red all around today. Most sales as you say and the price only fractionally down, a sign of strength. This is when one should accumulate in my opinion. I remain convinced that the patient will be handsomely rewarded.

Exactly patch. In respect of my gut feeling of a move upwards over the next weeks towards 0.50 this is simply result of the fact than when the new board came in early Feb the price jumper from around 0.10 to 0.32 and we are now sitting above 0.3 and a break above could move us up by the same measure to 0.5 even before the first deal is announced which I think will lead, if delivered as stated, an exceptional further re rate thereafter. Let’s see.

Maybe completely wrong, and the next weeks will tell, but I got a feeling that we are going to break higher soon towards 0.50, before the real re rate starts when the first deal is announced. I wish well to any short term traders who made some money and the market makers trying to shake off the weak hands, but I’m here for the ‘exceptional’ returns in the months to come.

Silver, what makes the potential in my opinion so huge is that certain investors still think of ADL and it’s board. Results might come out soon for what used to be ADL and clearly not great, but one needs to think of the present facts, namely ADV is another brand new outfit with an incredible board with a very different strategy.

Patch could well be if it’s an RTO. In either case if they close a deal which is indeed of the magnitude of what they are talking about, this would replicate the early days of RRE with an immediate massive re rate. I’m fully invested and wait patiently, although I must admit incredibly excited seen the background of the new team and the opportunity given to shareholders who understand that this is a new company.

Barraband some of the key factors which allowed me to make significant returns over the years included luck and taking significant positions in shares where a clear upside potential emerges. If you have been here for years (I have kept an eye on this stock for years) you have to be one of the first ones to understand that ADV is a new company at the start of its journey and now is the time to hold any shares and add to your position.

Fully agree patch and that’s why I have been buying for a few months now, if they deliver as I think the re rate from the current market cap will be very rewarding. Let’s wait patiently.

Patch, agree fully. Time will tell if I’m right or wrong but I still can’t believe that most have not worked out that this share has now got all peaces of the puzzle sorted and has a clear path to a massive run.

Fully agree. I have been vocal on the potential since early in the year when the new board got in, I had ADL on my newsfeed (as I invested and lost a bit in there in the past) and immediately realized the massive stroke of luck with these guys with their plans who wanted a ready to go listed vehicle, although did not believe in the previous assets. I was lucky to speak with the board in February and they are super smart and confirmed they wanted a company ready to go into which they could buy a significant amount of shares and drop their assets under scrutiny. ADV has a huge potential with a clear strategy, let’s wait to see if they deliver the first deal, as I hope, and the subsequent ones will be slightly easier and if this happens the re rate over the couple of years to come can be spectacular. I have been betting on these early and are here medium/long term and will now post less and sit back waiting patiently.

The new board keep a low profile and I think they give us a very clear message addIng: remain confident in our ability to bring shareholders a compelling transaction in the near future.

First time the new board say ‘near future’, might have a few more weeks to add at these levels and wait patiently medium term. For any new comers, Do your own diligence, starting by having a good read of the corporate presentation and understanding new board credentials and targets.

Very wise. In all honesty even 10,000 short/medium term will be transformational and I’m convinced they will deliver that sooner than people expect. Adding here is in my opinion a smart move as these prices could be a distant memory if those numbers do happen and I suppose that a lot of investors are still on the sidelines waiting to see confirmation of the intended strategy with the first deal.

Probably no coincidence he is mentioned as the one who found the asset included as an example in the presentation. Patch agree that it would be nice to see soon the first deal, I think we are talking weeks now rather than months. Getting the best funding combination is worked in parallel ie loans/off takers/equity and all takes time when you want a mix which gives shareholders an exceptional outcome for us all. I personally don’t care waiting longer as the deals the new board is looking at would be truly transformational for a £5mio Mcap company.
