Bought shares all year when no one thought these guys could deliver, as usual a risk going early but always dyor, in any case a strong board, aligned with shareholders and clear strategy goes a long way with any company. TGR is my largest position and I have been in touch with the board there for a long time, another stock which will make you plenty of money over the next few years if you are patient.

Don’t know. Much higher I expect as I think that the economics of this deal could be huge, hope you are invested. There will be plenty of time for the board to explain the deal as these reverse takeovers take 1-2 months to be wrapped up if you look at RRE and others. 2021 should be very exciting, let’s wait patiently further updates.

As promised by the new board material reverse takeover transaction and suspension. Wow this will definitely re-open much higher in Jan/Feb, well done to the board. Plenty of time to digest the magnitude of this deal which is clearly exceptional and get corporate updates.

Spoke with the board in March by memory and very impressed. They clearly are not able to share the exact details of where the project are etc but plenty of information on their corporate webpage.

Yes I did buy a bit more than 9mio shares but not sure of the broker will show the trade today. I have been building up a large position all year long. Patience required and believe in your own research, but skin in the game, outstanding CVs and clear strategy is a must in any company. Another one I have is TGR and the same applies. By the way the last element required is luck.

As I’m always bullish about the new board I have asked my broker to work an order today to buy another approx 9mio shares and had to pay slightly above 0.27 at the end of the day. Let’s hope the guys deliver as I predict. All the best all around

Agreed patch. The difference with John, Leslie and Mark is that they, unlike previous boards, have a considerable equity holding and options at 0.3 which makes them truly aligned with other shareholders. That is a key criteria of mine after years of backing companies where the board had no skin in the game. Leslie mentioned it also in an interview ie we are not a lifestyle company with directors there just for their wages.

A couple of large buys appeared from yesterday, interesting. Patience guys! This is a serious board with plenty of experience, connections and clear strategy, buy when off radar is what I suggest, because if they deliver as I suspect than we won’t be at market cap for long.

They stated a deal before year end so that is very much possible.

It could well be Neal last time I bought it showed as a sell. The guys mentioned that their aiming at closing a deal or two before year end, next few weeks should be very interesting.

Looks to me that he held approx 181mio shares in the holding update in Feb, so it looks as if he has added 30mio shs approx during the latest placing on 18.11 at 0.22

Mr Marr has clearly accumulated as you say. Note that there are now 1,718,417,116 shares and he now holds 210,928,471 shares or 12.27%. I think he will do very well here.

Had never noticed the reply feature, thanks for pointing out. More importantly it’s December and I think ADV will deliver this month.

As suspected. Note that at the EGM, when the new team joined, they resolved to allocate up to 1,500,000,000 shares, whereby now just resolved the allotment of up to 3,000,000,000. No certainty but it makes me think that the first big deal is getting closer. Time will tell.

Morning, not sure Lowboy45. As I have a large position I have voted in favor of all resolutions and I expect all to pass. Really think that December and the months to come will reward shareholders (in which Leslie, Mark, John are included) handsomely. As they conclude in their last tweet 'It's going to be an exciting journey ahead....!!' and they must know what they have got lined up to state that.
