Last reply on my side. Any company with minimal cash needs to raise to make an RTO transaction of such nature and usually does that via equity ie until its balance sheet allows to raise via equity and debt or debt alone. This first deal is truly transformational if the drill delivers as they expect and will generate £100-150mio cash flow in 2023, but not today and further for another 4 years. Leslie mentioned that their aim is eventually to also have a transaction which provides cash flow, that could be the second deal, which if sizeable will need another Rto and possibly a mix of equity/debt raise to fund. That could be a producing oil or gas asset which costs 10 and generates 1-2 each going forward and that 1-2 would cover the running costs.

Jezzac my comments are based on facts available to us, namely Leslie has made it clear that they are looking at various deals with some deals with the potential of huge production and incredible cash flow but some risks, as Buffalo, and others providing cash flow. If you look at the corporate presentation on the webpage on slide 12 they give examples of 4 deals they are looking at, but there might be others. It appears to me that deal B is Buffalo and for example deal A would be the cash generating one with a large cost when bought and recurring yearly cash flow. These deals take time, some progress faster and others might not get done. What is certain is that Buffalo has confirmed to me that these guys are serious players and they will move to the next deal once the first exceptional one is done.

Patch, personally prefer they raise more now and avoid paying again the brokers to arrange another small raise for working capital and having investors worried about not having enough cash etc. I also think that they might have costs associated to other deals they are looking at, with one for sure being an investment producing cash flow. All coming together as per strategy outlined.

Cipro, as a guess last week of March, should be fun. Only time will tell as nothing is certain, but I think this is an exceptional first deal for ADV with super economics and a low risk appraisal well.

Patch I have been constantly buying since Mark, Leslie and John have taken over and I think this deal, transformational on its own for a company of our mcap, is just the start. I’m a large shareholder, hence not impartial, and very excited, but let’s see what the market makes of this large raise and asset.

Patch even if the raise is at 0.25 where it suspended it would be much better that other companies raising at a large discount. Personally not too bother but what I care about is closing this transaction which has the potential for us to re rate significantly when we relist.

The more I read the RNS the more it sinks in ie truly transformational if you add the fact that we are 'green' and not a Chinese company: ' leading German manufacturer of spheroidisation and micronisation equipment' followed by 'initiated discussions with prospective buyers of SPG including automobile majors'. Well I can think of a couple of German car majors who are rolling out a massive EV strategy.

This RNS is massive, I suggest you read it in detail and note reference to major car makers plus fast tracked: Under Tirupati's current modular medium term development plan, the first commercial production for SPG is targeting July 2022, which the company intends to fast track to an earlier date of Q4 2021.

Stephen agreed, why would a large firm part of a multinational train their personnel and sell the Genedrive product and leave us with a decent margin? Only because they know that it will make them, and us, millions. This week the focus might be on the LFT stocks but I’m convinced that GDR will surprise a lot of investors if you look at our current market cap and where the BC deal will take us. Accumulating on this weakness might be a smart move, time will tell.

patch, agreed. In any case if they raise at say 0.003 due to the transformational nature of the deal to raise say USD22mio would mean 7,2bio shares post raise which at 1p give a mcap of £72mio..... Time will but in any case we will open up from where we closed and move higher towards the drill later in the year, the rest is guess work, but another deal will follow and therefore 2p could be possible during 2021. Back to waiting patiently for another month and let's close the first deal.
