Picked up another 248,000 shs at 2.3. Convinced this medium/long term investment will be one of the best performers this year and going forward from such low mcap this has all the right attributes to become a mid cap, only patience is needed.

Lowboy, NEDs ie non exec directors are a value added if they have experience in the sector to give a balance to the board when they decide on key matters/investments. Stephen and Larry have experience in the oil sector and have been remunerated with some options, in addition to usually a flat annual fee, and are therefore also aligned in making this a success. Someone like Stephen will also have contacts which could be very useful to ADV. The churn is continuing but the buying is increasing and mopping loose shares up well which at some point will see us starting to move upwards.

Lowboy, Stephen Whyte and Larry Bottomley were only appointed recently as Non-Executive Directors and therefore their role is different in a board. I agree that they could add here, as we are, but what I'm more interested is that Mark and Leslie who are respectively Chairman and CEO have put their own money in both the first and second raise. Furthermore, John Battrick who is the technical manager has also skin in the game.

Could be Oiler or maybe one like the ones Rockrose did at the beginning with production and decommissioning. The good thing is that these guys will not enter into any deal just to satisfy the audience, as seen in other small caps, but only select and try to close accretive transactions and this strategy is probably even more in place now having appointed two further very experienced oil non exec directors ie Stephen Whyte and Larry Bottomley.

HighlyGeared last though from me regarding ‘dilution’. Some lifestyle companies dilute on an ongoing basis to pay their wages and keep the lights on. ADV, diluted to close an initial significant deal, which has the potential to massively outweigh, price performance wise, the dilution effect for shareholders. If Buffalo is successful as predicted, our balance sheet will also allow future deals to encompass a non dilutive element of debt. Finally other deals, even if slightly dilutive, might have an element of production and related cash flow. All in all, exceptional first deal which will deliver price upswing as we get closer to the drill and plenty more excitement hopefully to come.

Highly good idea DYOR. I’m in constant contact with a board member and one of the brokers as I’m an holder with a significant holding, although they can’t disclose not public information the interaction is very reassuring to say the least. If you look at the broader presentation they give an indication of the deals they are looking at as acquisition pipeline and Buffalo seems to be B. A would be a producing asset churning out recurring revenues. Patience will reward us. They also have the latest broker research on their webpage. Enough from me enjoy the weekend.

Highly geared, first of all like the name but be careful with gearing. I have been adding for a year and a half, basically since Leslie, Mark and Jon took over the old Andalas shell to drop in their strategy and assets. Andalas was for them a ready vehicle to avoid the costs and time to set a new one up and had in essence no assets, no cash and no liabilities and they funded it with £500k of their money to keep it going. Second step was either to raise money and look for a deal or do the opposite and find a deal which would be solid enough to raise at a premium to the last raise a much larger amount, done at 2.6p. Nothing is certain but my take is that they are not going to do another large RTO deal this year but next year, hopefully at a much higher price if Buffalo delivers as they suspect. Whereby the other two deals they are talking about this year would have either no or much less equity dilution. They promised a significant deal last year and they delivered and I expect them to do the same going forward. Remember that Buffalo has the true potential to generate stellar cash flows in year 1 and 2 and that would transform our financial position and move us forward to the mid cap status which they allude to in their corporate presentation. Finally as aligned shareholders they very much want the share price to move upwards after the first necessary dilution. I’m incredibly excited by ADV’s potential and will continue to add each week, but please DYOR.

Lowboy, nothing is guaranteed in the Oil sector, but the RICS report gives a 95% CoS on the drill and if the volume is what is predicted they will have no problem in financing the deal. I repeat, 95% chance is success ! I leave others to invest in companies with a 50% CoS or lower, but I rather prefer betting on something with the odds very much in my favour, as simple as that.

Lowboy, couldn’t agree more. I might not sell any for a while as I think that they guys will deliver other similar deals in the future and this has the potential to 10 bag on Buffalo alone and a chance like this does only come very so often plus other deals can take it to mid cap. Patience has rewarded me handsomely with TGR where I invested early and wait further for mid cap status there too, which will come in a couple of years, but there I’m slowly top slicing a few, although keeping most.

Quiet, but volume seems to be picking up. Just bought another 400,000 at 2.25p. Enjoy the sunny weekend.

Glengarth, couldn't agree more. This is a serious and exciting company, IPO funds and money from the last raise are enabling TGR finally to speed up the rollout of their plans on all fronts sooner that initially planned, backed by strong market demand for its products and that's why I expect 200p by the end of 2021 and mid cap status in a few years.

Picked up another £4k, research and keep it simple is my motto. DYOR but for me with ADV I always come back to the same simple conclusion: RTO done, raise out of the way, drill by a small cap with the highest CoS later this year and other deals possible. We are simply here because we are churning through the raise, but it's slowly ending and thereafter the price will only move upwards. Others might wait for the formal confirmation of the rig being secured, fair enough although for me that will follow in a week or two and at that stage the price will be higher.

Another small top up for me and wondering if the sellers below placing price are coming to an end as it seems that we are slowly moving upwards on the ask side. Time will tell.

Leslie Peterkin mentioned in a previous interview that they were aiming for around October, think that in a week or two we should know for certain and I expect new investors to join on that news as some are holding back awaiting formal confirmation.
