Fully agree. Been building up a significant position since the new board came and adding now as for me this is still under the radar band and think they will deliver big time.
As these guys are very smart and experienced, I think they will try to close 1 or 2 deals which don’t need another RTO with large equity dilution over the next months, followed by a raise and RTO at much higher prices ie less dilutive after the Buffalo drill. 2021 will be very interesting and it’s always best to increase a stake before the crowd arrive.

Pure coincidence. Martyn i spoke with Christian recently and he, as I do, thinks that TGR is a mid cap company in the making in an incredibly fast growing sector.

Agree that if new investors sell at less than 2.6p their need their brain tested, but there is always some impatient one who thinks they can make a quicker return elsewhere. I will have more funds available early May and I will definitively buy some more, but doubt we will be here long, as my view is that this could be one of the best performing stocks of 2021 and beyond and we are just lucky that it's still below radar.

There might be some churning post consolidation but I will look at any weakness as another top up opportunity.

Couldn't agree more. Not often a raise is done to speed up the up and downstream output on the back of increased demand, I couldn't ask more from the company and this is truly a mid cap in the making.

Spotted that too Patch. Nothing is certain with oil drilling but on our side we have this being a low risk appraisal well with amazing economics, other significant assets in the pipeline, which will diversify our portfolio and an incredibly experienced board, unmatched in a small cap AIM similar share. I have been buying shares for a year + and I'm very pleased that also institutional funds have backed after their due diligence this large raise. We are still below radar and this gives us an incredible opportunity to join at an early stage a company which has in my view a unique upside potential. Now only patience is required.

The wider audience has not yet understood the opportunity which ADV presents, but when investment funds have, as it is apparent from the document in the last RNS, you know you are on a winner. Building a significant stake and wait patiently is what I have done, as I’m convinced that opportunities like these don’t happen often.

Different investors have different views and money requirements. Others think that they can make quick money elsewhere, it’s all part of the equation. I have been investing for many years and only made good return when I invested early in what I liked and stuck to my convictions, but you only really get a handful of those opportunities and for me this is definitely one, but others have a different view and that’s fine too. Do your own research and stick to your conclusions and be patient and you will get the rewards, not always but most of the time.

These guys mean business. Have built up a position over time and I’m here for the medium/long term as the upside potential is significant.

Impressed, managed to raise the top $30mio at no discount! Just tells you what institutional investors think of the team and this first transaction. Two new appointments to the board with One being the former Genel chairman. ADV is doing all the right things to become a mid cap in a couple of years. Incredible opportunity.

Superb result, very interesting 2021 ahead.

I expect news before month end ie tomorrow or Wednesday and relisting in April.

Lowboy nothing is certain when you drill a well but this is a low risk appraisal well and if it comes in as they expect there will be an impressive amount of cash coming in from H2 2023 as per their presentation, well in excess of the underlying costs to us and therefore I expect the shares to open up on the raise price if the deal is sealer and go higher ahead of the drill in late q3/Q4 2021. Add to that the fact that these guys will no doubt look at other deals, that’s why I’m very excited about our future. Build a position early is my take.

Lowboy, to raise this amount for a transaction of this magnitude they would have approached ‘institutional’ clients or similar ones able to invest significantly. Can’t wait for this deal to be closed and will be very interesting when shares trade again.

The great news for me will be if they managed to raise the top end target of USD 27/30mio they were hoping for, which enable this first exceptional transaction to be sealed with a 50% maximum interest and have plenty of funds to pursue multiple other deals immediately. It’s a large amount, but for a great deal, so I expect a raise at no discount but let’s see.

The board have a very clear strategy and they are delivering on all fronts, very impressive.

Patch I expect fund raise to take place now and therefore admission document should be published before end March- then in 14 days EGM to approve transaction and new shares issued and trading around mid April
