Dr Z, that is a good strategy especially for stocks which one trades and are volatile. In my view TGR is different as it has the potential over the next couple of years to 10 bag due to its unique strategy and exposure to the EV sector, which will be with us for the years to come.

JEZZAC, my opinion is that this will be the best performing share of my portfolio this year. Only time will tell, but Mark, Leslie and John are as smart as it gets and have all credentials to deliver exceptional returns for themselves and us. 2021 will be fun for ADV holders.

Talga is a good example, but please note that they have lost in excess of 40mio A$ over the last 4 years in reaching were they are and are attributed nonetheless a mcap of more than 500mio. We are where we are with a fraction of that, it's only a question of time before investors realize what TGR should be worth. I have been invested since the beginning, pre-ipo, and know the board and business extremely well. In my opinion TGR will be a mid cap in a couple of years. This is by far the most exciting vertical graphite and graphene company listed in London and one of those few shares to buy and hold in my opinion, but DYOR.

I would expect the new board not sit back doing nothing for a few months and therefore at least another deal, maybe more, is clearly possible during 2021 to make matters even more exciting. Remember these guys have skin in the game and have mentioned that they intend being aligned to other shareholders also after the first deal is closed (ie RNS 17.12 ...Directors of Advance Energy intend to participate in the Placing). As usual when you invest your own money it does make you keen to see an exceptional return. Let's wait patiently.

An RTO process usually takes 2-3 months ie likely that we will start trading again in February or March. Time will tell but in my opinion we will re-open much higher.

Some have not understood fully that the real differentiator is the downstream indian based speciality output and graphene, which both command a much higher selling price and TGR has got it all. See the last part of the RNS today: We are on track to commission the Vatomina project in Q2 2021, which will help us further develop the existing markets for our flake graphite and provide quality inputs for our downstream speciality graphite projects."

These guys are certainly delivering, second mine producing in q2.

As you say lowboy happy Xmas to all ADV holders, I’m convinced that 2021 will bring other deals and will participate if I have the opportunity in the equity raise which I expect in Feb as at least $10mio need to be paid by ADV by end Feb.

Lowboy, do your research on any stock, make a decision thinking where it could go in a year or two and if the gain potential is significant, buy, you will never get the bottom, and wait patiently. If you like any, buy or buy some now and add further if there is a pullback.

Starance, Shishir Poddar the TGR CEO has ambitions to turn this into a 1bio mcap company, but even half of that would mean 10x where we are now. These guys know what they are doing in the graphite up-downstream and graphene, enough as this is the ADV board. Happy XMAS

Lowboy, my strategy is to invest only in a few companies which I have researched as much as possible and where I have spoken, and speak, to the board, which must have: track record, connections, skin in the game and clear strategy. TGR and ADV have that and I have large positions in both as in my view they can easily double and much more if one is patient. The same goes for example for the likes of Kistos, which I don't have, but I held RRE. I tweet very little under the @Stefano_shares It's good to have a balanced view at all times and change your vies when the story changes, back the winners and exit the loosers. Ones needs luck, but you can influence it with your research.

Thanks double. Your comments are very reasonable. This is a small cap high reward share, but that's why I'm here backing this new team (never backed like this ADL, but this is a new company for me). My portfolio is up nicely this year and the key is that you win more than you loose. Plenty of food and drinks lined up over the next few days, let's enjoy.

Double .... why did Carnarvon not drill this over the last 4 years...... have you noticed that over the last 2 years the border moved and the field passed from Australian to Timor-Leste waters, just a minor thing to sort out! You have made your point and I have made mine, it's almost xmas, relax and enjoy as much as you can the Festive Season.

Double, this is by no means a Bunga Mas if you look at the economics of 50% of this asset in case of success. The price is commensurate to the asset. They spread the risk in their portfolio and sacrifice half of the asset. We do the same as for us this is the first deal in a portfolio with say another two deals closed in 2021, which will allow us to spread our risk. This deal is as good as it gets for a new company with a mcap of £4-5mio. Time will tell as you say, but these guys are bringing in deals with the potential to be exceptional without the huge risks of exploration, which is exactly what their strategy stated from day one.

Attended via Zoom, introduced to board and senior management. Meeting concluded with the CEO thanking all shareholders and confirming that they will live up to expectations. 2021 will be very interesting indeed.

That’s my understanding too. I think they are looking at a few deals, some like the one just done and some providing cash flow and close them as soon as everything is in place and not a specific order, although no doubt they would like to close soon also one producing cash flow.

Got a feeling that the first six months of 2021 will see a flow of transformational news on many fronts and related re-rate, hence the RNS extending the maturity date on these warrants from 31 December 2020 to 30 June 2021.
