Did listen too and took a position today, think that today's RNS re listing also in Frankfurt and imminent one on LSE from Aquis will attract new investors into a revenue generating company with plenty of news flow to come.

Which has the right backing and board and therefore could attract a lot of interest and deliver a transformative deal for such a small cap vehicle. I have bought some today and here medium term.

I have now Shishir for a few years now and he is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very honest and down to earth. Very good presentation. Buffalo is an outstanding investment and the economics are potentially stellar. Leslie confirmed that they wish to close at least another two deals before year end. Personally think that we will only stay around these price levels short term and once we are off one will wish they bought before. Best opportunity by far in my opinion if you have patience.

Fully agree. I think that Buffalo is deal B in the August 2020 corporate presentation which if successful as they hope would deliver around $300mio net to us as per April 2021 presentation. As mentioned before I have been building up a significant position since the new board came and adding now as for me this is still under the radar band and think they will deliver big time.
As these guys are very smart and experienced, I think they will try to close 1 or 2 deals which don’t need another RTO with large equity dilution over the next months, followed by a raise and RTO at much higher prices and less dilutive after the Buffalo drill. In any case 2021 will be very interesting and it’s always best to increase a stake before the crowd arrives. Enough posts from me and time to accumulate and hold patiently with a medium/long term horizon which has always paid out handsomely for me.

Great also Optiva have a much higher Target Price of where we are ie risked 6p and unrisked 12.1p, similar to Tennyson. Very interesting the fact that they have USD7.5mio cash with USD2.5mio set aside for potential additional costs for Buffalo and USD5mio working capital with which to fund its ongoing strategy of pursuing further value adding acquisitions. Don't think will stay below 2.6p placing and a £22mio mcap for long.

Spot on Glengarth and remember that they are also bringing the graphene side into production at around 2kg per day later this year and that is a revenue stream which will be massive over the next years and not taken fully into account, impressive company in a sector in focus, what's not to like.

Tennyson 8p target is very much possible as it would mean a mcap of £82mio which Buffalo could support.

Amin, market cap at 2.1p is now £21.6mio, if Buffalo comes in as they expect we are talking $300mio net of all costs to us and therefore I would expect at least double of where we are now and probably more. We all have our strategy but I'm a buyer and will hold to drill and beyond.

Exactly my view. An opportunity like this does not come around often, especially for someone like me who is a medium/long term investor and not a short term trader.

Couldn't agree more, this is just the start and I have no doubt that we will be a mid cap and more play in a few years, patience will reward investors.

we all have different strategies. For me this is crazy, clearly someone has taken place in the placing hoping for a quick but and now thinks that by selling at a loss he can make more money quicker elsewhere, be my guest. This is how to destroy your capital. No idea where it will go, but I just added £20k worth at a 20% discount to the placing.

The potential upside is even greater on Buffalo alone as I think that Mcap should be lower at around £26.7mio ie 1,027,613,961 x for example 2.6pence

Forget about the % movement today as it's purely due to the consolidation ie 0.26p Friday is equal to the 2.6p today amd at the same for any 10 old shares you have now 1 new. But what is key and the market has not grasped yet is the magnitude of this exceptional first deal, but they will the closer we get to the probably October drill and other deals might land beforehand.
