Patch, it’s difficult to say, but in my opinion the potential is similar to the one of the likes of RRE, but only time will tell if they deliver. What is clear is that they have the skills and connections and are aligned, as significant shareholders, to us investors. Time will tell, but in my opinion these guys are serious, hence I have invested a lot over the months since they arrived. My plan now is to hold patiently with a medium/long time horizon.

Agreed. Have been buying shares since the new board has come in as I think that from such a low market cap the shares could provide an incredible return over the months to come. Let’s see if the deliver, but don’t think that people with these CVs would bother buying 1/5 of a company and getting paid in shares for fun. Patience is required but at least on paper the strategy is very smart. I leave the exploration roulette game to others.

New corporate presentation out, very interesting indeed. Board already hold 1/5 of the shares and are paid predominantly in shares, hence fully aligned with shareholders. sentinel, from the beginning of the year we had brand new board, rebrand, confirmation that current former assets do not warrant further investments, new strategic partners names (Xodus Group etc), new strategy highlighted seeking growth through acquisition or farm in to non operated interests in discovered upstream projects, currently evaluating various deals and related funding solutions. It’s all coming together and will take a bit more time but I remain of the idea that these guys mean business and have therefore already invested, but understand that most want to see the first deal and decide at that stage, which I fully understand. In any case enough from me.

I suggest you have a look at the latest corporation presentation, as the new board have got a very clearly strategy. I’m invested as I like the potential and I’m happy to patiently wait to see it they deliver.

Patch, I agree today’s RNS is basically a statement of intent but the key difference between this new board and previous one is that these guys have got the know how and connections to deliver the 20,000+ bopd in a few years, which is not miles away from where RockRose has now been bought out. Nothing is certain and they have not closed any deal as yet but I’m betting on the fact that the first deal is only a few months away and when that lands they will find the most share price accretive fashion to deliver it. Once the first deal lands, others will follow and they are not going for the exploration make or brake drill. The beauty, IF they deliver, is that we are starting from a rock bottom market cap, where incidentally they invested half a million pounds of their own money... Time will tell and patience required. Clearly high risk, but even higher reward in my view.

Double agree, but also RRE started with an idea. I’m just saying that the board bought at .15 with options at .30 and one has basically the opportunity to buy at their level which Is usually not the case. Clearly they have to deliver, but they confirmed that they are looking at a number of good deals and had good discussions re funding. Might take another few months but I’m patient and like how things are coming together.

Morning double, agree and suggest you buy a few with a medium/long term horizon if you haven’t got any. This in my opinion is a RRE scenario, it will be done in stages but they clearly spell out now intention to get to at least 20,000 bpod by 2025. Once the first deal lands the subsequent ones should follow in succession. Only requirement is to wait patiently once a position has been taken and that’s what I’m doing.

The board after 0.3 option exercise will own 1/3 of the shares out, add to that a few other long term holders like me and you get a situation where probably more than half of the shares out are in strong hands, which in turn will make things very interesting IF they deliver as I hope. Don’t know you but I’m prepared, like with ARCM, to wait, but I’m exchange target shares with a significant share price increase potential. This is how I made significant returns over the last 20 years. I leave others to play the COVID shares.

Hello double, pleased to see that you are still keeping an eye on ADV. As we both know to roll out the completely new strategy will take the new board time. I’m convinced that they are very busy and making good progress and that ultimately the market cap will be much higher, but only time will tell. Like with ARCM, which you also follow as I do, it’s all about having the right people in place with the know how, connections and skin in the game to deliver and one just has to add plenty of patience.

No need to be rude Chris. I agree with 1-3, which are obvious, in respect of 4 I think the board have given as much indication as they can at present in their corporate presentation of intended assets and strategy. We all have different views, mine is that the new board ie Peterkin/Rollins/Battrick hold 21% and will increase this to 28% once their 0.30 warrants are exercised and I’m certain that they have bought around 1/3 of a company not for fun but to make plenty of money alongside other shareholders.

Liquidity is limited on certain days, but I’ll expect it to increase if and when they deliver on any transaction. Site back and wait patiently is my recommendation.

Agree patch, time will tell. The incoming directors took shares at 0.15 and have also warrants at 0.3, so clear interest to get north of that, plus at that stage their average will be around 0.21 and I like very much that we have the potential to buy around where they will hold shares. Enough from me.

Good to see that interest and awareness in this new board and strategy is growing. Zak depicts a 0.5 target, as mentioned before IF they deliver this has in my opinion the potential to go much higher, time to wait patiently and as usual time will tell.

If you look at my previous posts, I see this as having a massive potential as the plans are truly ambitious for a 3mio mcap share, look at the corporate presentation and you will see what I mean with the building blocks in place and board with 20% plus shares aligned to us. This is a share therefore with very high risk as nothing is sure in this market where they need to access capital with a mix of equity and debt, but my take is that their CV, connections and acumen, will enable this via some institutional investors and allow them to close some deals over time and in turn take the share price much higher from the current 3mio mcap, could be 1p as a starter, but no one knows. In essence high risk and high reward play which could multibag and where the true return for shareholders would come from holding for months and see the strategy unfold and not just buy as a short term trade.

For new investors into ADV note that although nothing is certain in any company and you need to do your due diligence, I can confirm having spoken with the new board members earlier this year, and following their journey from day one, I decided to accumulate shares looking for a significant return in the medium/long term based on their CV, strategy, vision and contacts, which you can see on the latest corporate presentation. If they deliver on any of the intended deals the market cap will definitely no longer be of a few million. Time will tell but the potential is significant.

Time will tell but I have been building a stake over the last six months as I truly think that the new board have got the credentials, backing and strategy which could turn this in another RRE story. They also already own 20% + of the shares and are fully aligned with shareholders. It’s not an easy environment but hope that when they deliver the first deal could me at 1p+ and higher when the other deals land. Nothing is certain but the building blocks are in place. Time to wait patiently and we how this develops over the next few months.

Added another tranche whilst all is quite, as I truly think that this is a new company with a new board, strategy, know how and backing who are going through various steps as indicated openly in their RNSs and corporate presentation. Time will tell if they deliver as the markets to get financing are tough but I remain confident that if the deals they are looking at are transformational funds will be raised accordingly.
