Seen all of these and they don’t worry me. If Mark and Leslie kept Warner it must be that they concluded he adds value due to legal background knowledge on existing assets to possibly exit etc, Resolute is a wholly owner subsidiary, hence Leslie taking over from Simon, on Mark he was paid well but he delivered. Give me Mark and Leaslie any day, awareness campaign starting this week, let’s see what deals they bring in, but I think they will be on a completely different level from what we saw in the past.

Meant factually incorrect

As barraband mentioned the new board have put half a million of their money into this and have options at 0.3, so they are clearly incentivised as significant shareholders which never happened in the past. With respect to the webpage, I rather prefer to see little money waisted, as done by other players like Sound with a state of the art webpage and no shareholder value delivered. In respect of UK and Indo assets can’t see how they could as of today remove them from their webpage, as it would be factually correct . We have different views but what I have seen in a couple of weeks from this board makes me very excited and that’s why I have bought significantly around these and lower levels and will have an average similar to theirs once they exercise their options, which is often not possible. Let’s see what else the next few weeks bring.

Let’s wait and see what happens but in the meantime I keep on adding because a lot of my key criteria is already in place for a re-rate ie skin in the game, incredible CV and I like the new strategy. Take the last part of today’s RNS as an example on how they think re UK asset ‘early stage in the exploration etc’ as such they have ‘materiality and risk profiles that are unlike to compete for capital under the new strategy’, I think the underlying message is very clear. Let’s wait and see what really happens but give me this new board and strategy any day.

Just bought another mio shs whilst all is quiet. Give them this week to fine tune their PR material and meetings post EGM and let's start to see from next week onwards what their plans are.

After a long time bought some here today as I like both RNSs today ie AC knows that the workovers in AZER don't pay but thinks that the exploration well close probably to one of the past gushers is wort a punt, conversely the African RNS re Tunisia looks also very smart. Time will tell, but at this price it is IMO definitively worth investing again on the back of today's news.

Must admit that I understand why they did not progress and praise them for that but sold out as it gives me the impression that they struggled anyhow in raising cash for their strategy, hence the sale of the Tanzanian assets. In any case best of luck for those holding.

Cipro I also started buying last July and was hoping that Indonesia could have transformed the business with a hundred or more bpod, which clearly did not work out. I have increased my holding considerably after the new board joined, as this is truly a stroke of luck and a board in a different league. The market cap is minimal but the prospects for ADV are far better than in the past. Give it next week to get plans in place and thereafter I expect a very interesting March and future. Will probably pick up more next week.
