This RNS says nothing at all. Not sure what on earth the point of it was. Whoever wrote that, clearly needs to get some more training. Being the comms officer for an ‘online powerhouse’ surely needs some actual qualifications?

What are the chances of MS going back to WPP as Chair and merging S4 in the process? Both are beaten down and S4 brings the AI head start. Just wondering if people had any views on if this is good or not good for S4.

If THG post good numbers and start to turn the 2B revenue into actual profit, this stuff will dissappear and share price will take care of itself.

Most LTH’s will be deep underwater even with some averaging down. Can’t believe we are getting exited about the prospect of hitting 34. I am pleased this is rising but it will take one heck of arise for me to even get back to parity at an average of 49!

Just speculation on my part but with privileged market access and his big holding here and other companies, what is to stop MA simply using his stock to manipulate the SP down to a point where the takeover becomes a lot cheaper? Surely there’s are mechanisms to prevent this? I know there is the declaration of holding rule but if shares are ‘leant’ out to a friendly company, how would anyone know? As i say, i am just speculating but will value insights from anyone more familiar with the rules. Thanks.

The directors who purchased shares will all be underwater by big margins. They are not likely to be wanting this scenario to stay as it is and hopefully will be working to get some upward momentum going asap. Hopefully there will be more director buys to show support etc. This has now fallen to pretty ridiculous levels in the context of usual revenue, price ratios etc. IMO. Anyway have added at just under 24 today and will sit tight for some time to see what happens. As long as debt levels are low/manageable, which they are IMV, it is a matter of waiting until the cycle turns and i will pick up as many as i can in the meantime. ATB, this is not advice btw. Just my view.
