GB is quite good at these things and his positivity is infectious. Good to see confidence in 2020 numbers and if anything he feels these are still quite conservative - although no major new contract RNSs issued for a few months now (i know there are lots of smaller orders of £20-30k being done which add up etc).
Couple of points - he said RNS in early Feb stated this agreement was material. To be material it is £100k plus.
If you read the wording it doesn't actual state that - it says it expects it to be material, not quite the same - see excerpt below.
In terms of balance sheet i still have some concerns. He states we will be cashflow positive in 2020. Good, but he never mentions profits for 2020 and this is a slight concern to me. Yes we have the TP note but if gross margins are 78% as he regularly states lets see some evidence of profit. In the Q and A he admitted admin costs have increased but said as long as revenue is above that we are fine - a simplistic way to look at it.
In terms of fundraise he stated we didn't need one but then said if money was required we could utilise a bank facility (basically an overdraft) as we would be cash positive. This is possible but depends when we become cashflow positive (and profitable), clearly the earlier in the year the better. Also any overdraft will not be cheap so may not be the best way to raise finance.
So whilst more positives than negatives i await year end and Q1 numbers with interest.
Integumen's subsidiary Rinocloud today announces that it has entered into a commercial and AI development partnership with Acumen Software (Pty) Ltd of South Africa. The cooperative alliance has been established to create a combined offering of Acumen's integrated mobile asset and management software platform with RinoDrive's data analytics, data refining capabilities and RAWTestTM AI real-time water monitoring service. This new offering will be rolled-out to their respective strategic business partners that extend across Asia, North and South America, and Australasia. Management expects a material contribution on revenue from this partnership this year.
