Results released on 1 were not audited but company released audited results yesterday as required.They should have lifted the suspension yesterday or today but looks like they are waiting for Wipac sale.

There is no gaurantee that assets would be sold but it is really hard to say how long it would take, could take days, months or years

to finalise, so if you are looking for quick returns then it might not be for you. Potential is there but nobody knows about timeframe.

Dont know but update on 25 was not too bad and it they are not releasing results and that is suspicious.

Drill results are expected to come on Monday or Tuesday so may be people are selling due to that.

Not long to find out as previous drill took 18 days and today is 12 day so assuming that td is 5502 m we should hear from them next week. it could be a duster or they might hit oil and share price would increase / decrease .

I think that current market capital does indicate that market is suspicious about serenity but if they manage to hit oil then share price would be 50p .

Current figures do not seem to be bad and WIPAC was depleting their cash resources as it did not perform well and it was loss making. I do think that they were trying to sell the whole division in July but decided to sell it in chunks when they failed to achieve first objective.

They bought this drug off previous company whose application failed to get FDA approval due to very same reason. Motif tried to make some changes to original structure thinking that they would get approval but that did not happen.Now research has some value but I don't think anyone would be buying it if it has two rejections.

They 17.8 million net cash in March 2019 and burnt through 6 million in 6 months . So average monthly burn rate is about one million, about a year before they run out of cash.

Problem with eve is that they are spending crazy money on Marketing and still not getting desired results.Go through their past trading statements and you would see them repeating same mantras time and again.Share price is 2.6 and that means that market has given up on eve and it would be a matter of time.

Having said that two iis are selling as well.It is hugely undervalued but sometimes market goes crazy , I remember Glen hitting 40p and rest is history.

to see it going under, traded it in May for a decent profit, I thought that it can be profitable but PF was being stubborn. They sold 80% holidays via internet and he was hell bent on having high street shops which were not making any money.
